Description
Been using Smart Light Smart Home Control for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you control all your smart home devices – lights, bulbs, strips, whatever – from one place. Pretty solid if you’re into that smart home stuff.
Here’s what you do: you can control all your devices individually or set up scenes and schedules. There’s also a real-time notification feature which is pretty cool. And the one-tap quick controls – that took me a while to figure out but it’s super useful.
Look, if you’re big into automating your home and getting that smart home vibe, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the setup can be a bit annoying at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Smart Light Smart Home Control. I've tested a bunch of smart home apps and this one's pretty solid. The features are comprehensive without being overwhelming, and I like how you can customize everything to your liking. The companion hardware works well, and I haven't had any connectivity issues. On the downside, the learning curve is a bit steep and the app can feel cluttered at times. But if you're willing to put in a little effort, it's a great way to upgrade your home.

The app seems worth it until you get surprised with the "by the way, you need to subscribe to use" followed by a ridiculous price tag. The app also doesn't...
It won't connect to the Hue Light no matter how many times I try or if I try to reset the light. Very disappointing.
Giant forced unskippable Temu ad upon first open. Constant forced reminders to upgrade to "premium" app version at $11/mo. Are you serious??? Returning these garbage bulbs so I never encounter...
