i have tried to unpurchased this app. I was trying to delete my card number from this site and now I believe it's going to charge my card, this isn't right. I've looked all over for someone to help but apparently to no avail

App took pic. Results inaccurate. Second attempt to retake picture app stopped and had to be restarted multiple times which failed to open.

So far I've just opened the app and tried a Auto Scan and it worked but no information was available. But then I did a non Auto scan and didn't bring anything up but I think that is user fault not the app. I'll Tev

Downloaded the app quickly realized. I was hijacked. And now stuck, for a monthly subscription After 3 days im stuck.. They say you can cancel, but they make it impossible to so, can anybody help??

I think that everyone who's unsure of what pills they may have been given would definitely benefit from this app.

it was quick and easy to use and all I had to do was take a picture

Poor app. Tablet picture was clear. With clear lettering. It found nothing in the slightest bit similar to the tablet. Then sent a bunch of adds on where to buy them online. Uninstalled.

Took picture of a pill. The app searched, and searched, and searched, and searched, and searched, etc... Zzzzzzzz... Finally decided to hit the back button in an attempt to close the app, only to have it freeze up. - Uninstalled!

No flash support. Won't let me import image for some reason. There's a pop up that moves way too fast to even see. Might be an error message. Will try app again tomorrow in daytime and update review. 2 stars cause giving benefit of the doubt since I haven't fully tried app.

Wow... I scanned a brown round pill and it showed and gray and red capsule and said "closest match." I then selected "round" as the shape and it only showed capsules in the results. I've never seen an app that is not even close to the search.

When you go to gallery to choose a photo it doesn't actually let you select an image. Then if you take the photo manually it will return saying no match. The homepage has a menu you can choose the shape and size and then some medications will show up in the menu.

Just exploring this app. So far when I scanned a pill belonging to one of my family members to be identified, it didn't provide me with accurate information of the pill. After the scan was complete, it gave me 3 possible matches that did not match the pill I scanned.

It wasn't able to identify the pills I found but it did give some viable options that I was then able to decide for myself. I think the app is on the right track but needs more work to be reliable for the average layman

furthermore...I just tried yet again to capture an image of a pill....IMPOSSIBLE as the app has no auto focus lock, its almost 100% necessary....that 4 different pills without any success. Seriously....what are you trying to do, build a library based on users camera shots?? That seriously won't work in a million years, you don't have the image recognition back end and that is obvious. Your app could NOT recognize one of the most popular drugs ever. Amlodipine 10 Bunk app...wasted my time.

This app seems like a good idea in principle, but in reality upon testing the app it failed to identify any of the prescription drugs I took a picture of and is difficult to use in low light conditions as there is no option to enable flash when taking a picture. If the app was more accurate it's definitely something I'd use on a regular basis. Would be nice to see a feature that allows users to upload pictures of known pills to help improve the accuracy of the AI.

Be very careful if you are navigating through this app.... One min I was looking at something then next they are telling me I now owe $4.99 and when my next payment is due without me ever ordering anything.... Without giving them any payment info yet there was my personal information.....I cancelled this app they I never ordered and I better not have any charges or problems..... Also they need to change how easy and innocent it is to end up subscribing to something you don't want.... Never did..

Not really user-friendly, it identified the pill incorrectly. When I tried to cancel the free subscription, it said it will cancel it at a later date and would not charge me again. There is not suppose to be any charge as I'm on the 1st day of the free trial and canceling. And of course, no customer service to get help. It's not a free trial, it will still cost you 49.99 for the 7 day free trial.

Could not identify the prescription and over-the-counter pills I tested with, even making sure imprint was visible. There should be some camera controls beyond zoom+flash, such as cropping, selecting macro lens for pill closeups. It's an ambitious app and a good idea; the image recognition just doesn't work very well. Even with manual entry of the imprint, couldn't find the known meds I was testing with. Better off using other apps for this function.

I was definitely surprised. I downloaded the app and given a few choices to identify the pill, I chose to take pictures easy peasy

I tried it on 7 different pills. most of them were no match found, and 2 were identified very incorrectly. Useless.
