I have to log in every time and it can never find my Samsung TV to connect even though both are connected to the same Wi-Fi

It automatically takes you to a site and tries to sign you up to "find your mate" but it looks like you need to put in your card details before you can access the remote app. The whole thing seems sketchy to me. Wouldnt recommend.

Worked great at first, but everytime I try to use it, it acts like it's the first time and changes up everything and won't work at all now. Gave me a completely different remote which doesn't work.
