Been using SmartMixin Weather for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that pulls in weather data from a ton of different sources – personal weather stations, government forecasts, the whole nine yards. Pretty solid if you’re into knowing the exact weather at your location.

Here’s what you can do – you can check current conditions, get hyperlocal forecasts, and even compare different weather models. There’s also a neat feature where you can connect your own weather station and contribute data. Took me a while to figure that out but it’s cool.

Look, if you’re a weather nerd like me, you’ll probably love this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little cluttered at times – but overall it does the job of giving you super detailed, up-to-the-minute weather info. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on SmartMixin Weather. I've tested a bunch of weather apps and this one's definitely one of the more powerful ones. The amount of weather data it pulls in is really impressive, and the ability to connect your own station is a nice touch. But it's not just a data dump - the forecasting and visualization features are pretty well-done too. The only real downside is that it can be a bit overwhelming at first with all the different settings and models to look at. Overall though, if you want a comprehensive weather app that goes way beyond the basics, this is a great option.
