app doesn’t even start. payed for a week and after I paid it just crashes. uninstalled 3 times. phones brand new and fully updated as well. would like a refund as I literally haven’t been able to use the app once.

Awful app. No free trial to explore the app so I took out the monthly subscription, took one 7 minute lesson and then wanted me to “subscribe” again even though I’ve already got a subscription and wouldn’t let me carry on with anything else.

Not much of a learning but reading, no ‘exercises’ but mainly ‘advices’ and ‘recommendation’, no test or serious reviews of what you’ve ‘learned’ just 3-5 point summary.
