I've been using this app for a few months since a friend introduced me to it, recently the app seems to be empty, there are no countries with numbers available. they lost three stars, plus it takes ages before the customer rep responds to your messages.
I really dislike this app, it's very frustrating, after you buy points to get a number, you'll be told number not available, I contacted customer service they said there's nothing they can do.. up till now no available number for the country of my choice
No replies from there team when you need your time will just expire (They no. you will buy for login on any app)and you will not get a reply and they always give you already used numbers and so most of the app will ask you about password or need to complete verification from original device just waste of time and waste pf money
It was working well for a week, until when I was consistently using it, and now price is up about 160% out of nowhere. Greedy I see, because it was active. Now we'll see. Disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
i hadbeen using SMS Visual for a while and it was a good experience initially. However, I stopped using it after they refused to accept Kuda Bank and Opay virtual card payments, which made transactions very difficult for me. On top of that, the prices increased significantly, making the service less affordable. Unless these issues are addressed, I don't think will return to using SMS Visual
this application is scam lately,, when I ordered a number, not quite long, they will log me out.. I added money yesterday, I tapped to order number but they kept tell me that no number available, coming back to check again, they told me that I don't have money in it..
I think it's a scam. I want to get Oldubil Turkey number, it says for days it has less then 10 numbers, but when I want to get one it says it cannot. Logically that I had to buy credits to find out it does not work, the app couldn't of said that from the start, that those numbers won't work for them. I think its a scam!!!
I don't get what's going on with this app again. I have for once rate this app five stars before, but now I just have to come back here to delete my review. The app develop some issues in the the add fund section in which one needs to pay with a credit or debit card. I try it several times using my credit card to fund the app and I fill in all the necessary thing I'm supposed to fill in. It keeps saying error and I have to uninstall the app and still install it again and it's all the same.
you guys should try to improve your ways and system of buying and reactivating numbers. I bought a US Whatsapp number and now I have used it to message most of my buyers who are ready to pay and all of a sudden I received a notification that my Whatsapp has been logged out, then I tried reactivating it and I can't. now you guys should imagine how painful it is to lose a buyer whom you delivered outstanding service for and ready to pay you. don't worry you guys are about to shut your app down
don't install this app it's not safe the problem about the app is if you purchase a number you and you got logged out you can't resend code again which has made me lose many of my WhatsApp number and also lose a lot of my clients I hate this try and do something about it I reactivating the number and it's didn't work 😞 it's really bad don't install the app
