Snakzy is definitely one of my top 3 favorite apps to play games & get rewards! If I needed the cash right away, I was always able to cash out to any gift card of my choosing instantly! Anytime I needed to reach out to customer support, they almost always replied within minutes & handled the problem right away! However, with the last couple of updates, there have been a few small problems with the app now & I also see they raised it up to $25 to cash out 😞. Hopefully, they will fix it soon!

It took me about 3 weeks to collect 25110 which I then tried to cash out on PayPal and it wouldn't let me even though I'm eligible. I tried it three times then tried for the Amazon gift card. It didn't work. I submitted a ticket just to get an email asking to submit the request through the app to expedite my ticket or help request. Ok Fine. I do that and NO Response at all! This is a scam!

UPDATED: This issue was resolved within about 36 hours. however. I then had issues with tracking game and purchase progress this was resolved within about 6 hours. I am now having issues redeeming once again and the kyc process is completely failing. hoping to hear back soon . orig: I had one payout after reaching the 25 dollar goal and am eligible for another payout but it says my request is on hold. I reached out to customer service and have not heard back.

I was enjoying this app until I was at almost 25,000 coins to cash out and it wouldn't allow me to end the game I was in and then said it was doing maintenance. I tried hours later and it has logged me completely out. I tried to log in and it wouldn't let me. I tried to click forgotten password and requested email to be sent several times and never received it. I'm pretty upset. I messaged customer support and well see if this gets resolved or I just wasted 3 days off my time for nothing.

Pretty good so far. DLed on 8/29/25, got a $25 gift card on 9/10/25. I did have issues getting it, but tech support fixed it within a day. Granted I started with a 10,000 point bonus, so I only had to make 15,000 points to get the gift card and that was relatively easy. They are very limited on games though. You can only have 5 games you can receive points on at a time and they only let you select from 4 games at a time and there are a lot of times that no new games are available.

awesome! I almost didn't try this app because the ad shows a low cost $5 payout and that's not in fact an option. I had to get 25000 coins before I could initiate a transfer to my PayPal and at first I just got an error message, contacted customer support, they responded. this was a Saturday afternoon. by the end of the night the error was either fixed or worked it self out. either way I received my instant payout of $25. Definitely worthwhile. I've used allot of these apps. this is good

My opinion changed when a 92 dollar task didn't register as completed. I took the appropriate pictures and submitted a ticket showing them I was indeed in the app properly when it didn't register. Days later, they told me they decided to dismiss the ticket and reject rewards. I told them I refuse to accept that and had a fit.. they relented very quickly and deposited the funds. Now I haven't had a new game offer in 5 days, and the new chat option is gone. Clearly I am being punished. Ridiculous

Can make the coins easy. But when attempting to get gift cards a different story. First time I had enough for a $25 Amazon card it showed as pending then as canceled, not by me. So enough for $50 Amazon card. This time said there was an error. Waited for response which arrived stating that I had to prove I am a real person, followed all steps and still unable to redeem for gift card. I tried giving them a chance and even told them I would be forced to leave a negative review.

I made the required amount to cash out a $25 Amazon card. now I have to go to a separate site, but when I go there, it says my balance is zero. I can't add new games. This whole site is a scam and a total waste of time. I make money daily on other game sites. This one has top offs that give you the runaround to get, and now I don't have access to it. total garbage.

This app has been steadily going downhill. They've slowly been taking away what made it good. The minimum cashout has went up to $25! Yikes. My next guess for what they'll take away is the instant payouts. It will start taking 3-7 days to receive a reward. There's really no reason to use this app anymore. It has become like every other reward app, if not worse. Support has also become very slow to respond. Sigh. Edit: There it is. Just got hit with the "receive reward in 72 hours" lol
