I can see my orders, there are tracking numbers there, but the tracking number does not link to the shipping company, nor can you copy and paste it to go to the shipping company and track your order. Finding little to no value for this application.

O and I need these supplies to be able to breath. Needs an emergency line. YOU ARE MEDICAL PROVIDER.
Almost useless app, gives you to option to reorder once the day countdown is over, but didn't tell you what you are eligible for in the upcoming order before that. I just ended up signing up for the auto-reorder, but still don't know what's coming in my next order until it's on the way, I have gone 3 orders with no new headgear, and on my mask the headgear wears out faster than the mask does (resmed p10 mask)
There is no option to select STOPPING auto-resupply / auto-refill / auto-replenish. Concern is even though I spoken with customer representative who says, they have taken me off auto-reaupply / auto-refill / auto-replish; the app doesn't reflect that. There is no syncing between the app and adapthealth / QMES. And because of this, the system may still auto-resupply. Which I don't want.
Can't sign up using a password app like OnePassword because you can't paste in the password. They also seem to have blocked form auto fill using the same app.. Using a different password for everything is essential. This is a best practice in security that I won't compromise.
The app will say error and never let you make an account. You can go to the company's website and make an account there; at least that worked for me - I was able to use the app with it after i made it on the website. The website and the app seem the same on mobile so there isnt a real reason to use the app.
I downloaded the app and created an account. I got an email with a link in it to verify my email but I didn't get any code to enter. I closed the app and reopened it and entered my email and password as if I had an existing account. It logged me in and I was able to see my existing order that I placed yesterday over the phone. After I tagged sign in, it took about 15 seconds to log in. All of my personal information was already filled out. Hopefully it will work correctly from now on.
I have tried this repeatedly and have never once been able to see what supplies I might order. Often, I haven't been able to sign in; and have frequently been told that I'm not eligible to order anything at the time. There are no other options, like asking questions or looking at what my account holds. The app is completely useless.
Setup was very easy, with some of the negative remarks I was hesitant to install. I did put in wrong email which gave me sme of the negative remarks made . However, once I correctly enter email all was uphill. Plus you have to get your code from correct email. If you don't have one you must issue an email with your supplier in order for app to work. Hope this helped
Downloaded the update, and my order history is gone. It only shows an order from 2017, possibly my very first reorder. Also, the order I JUST placed over the phone 2 days ago is not showing. When it logs me in (it sometimes states there is no account on file for my email address), it takes a minute and it is not very helpful. It was better before the update AMD was actually up to date. I think I will stock to calling in my reorders, at least until this app is improved.
Update: Dec. 7th .......sent emails to the contact that's on here still no response! Sent one on Oct. 31st and today. Keeps telling me an error has occurred contact customer support when I try to sign in. I have deleted the app and re-installed it and I keep getting the same message. Spoke with an agent to reorder my supplies on July 26th and I let her know the problem. I was told that they were aware of it and was working on it.
Just started using the app, as I didn't know there was one, so much easier to use this app to order.
This app is terrible. It takes you immediately to the login page but your sleep center registers your email address and there is no way to change it. Also, when trying to log in, the app makes you send a code but the code shows up over 24hours after requesting it. There is no customer service landing page nor help page. Please fix this unusable app.
I've Tried 4 Times To Download This App. I Get To Patient Portal And There's An Error So Hit Reload . I've Uninstalled The App, Reinstalled It, Over And Over..... To No Avail. I'll Have To Do Without.

my supplies stopped sending me the supplies. I asked them when do you send new C-pap machine. I use ir every single night. They didn't know. I gave him the same yes about receiving new supplies. I didn't receive any supplies.
The update insurance section is apparently just for show and won't actually update your information. I finally called after submitting the new information through the app multiple times. The lady I spoke to was condescending, you can't do that in the app, even though there is specifically an option to do just that.
Was advised to download for my supply needs. No need to download if you can't even create an account! It won't let you pass the birthdate field without erasing it and saying that an error occurred. How are you supposed to use it for anything if you can't even create an account? Useless! And I've already tried the uninstall, reinstall option. Didn't work. All this app is doing is taking up storage on my phone. Uninstalling for good!
this app is great, quick and easy, but it messes up my order at times, and there's no spot to order an air filter.
