Been using SnoreGym : Reduce Your Snoring for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that gives you exercises to work out the muscles in your mouth and throat that cause snoring. Pretty solid app if you’re into health and sleep stuff.
Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of different exercises targeting your tongue, soft palate, cheeks, and jaw. You just follow the instructions and animations. There’s also a feature where you can sync it with the SnoreLab app to track your snoring progress – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re someone who snores and wants to do something about it, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the exercises can get a bit repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if snoring is keeping you or your partner up at night.
