Reviews for SnoreGym : Reduce Your Snoring

Richard Pico

The back of my tongue, after 10 mins, broken into 2 parts, felt tired. If I can keep up the routine, I feel this will work. I can feel mouth & tongue muscles working, which should prove fruitful. I've been on CPAP since November 2017. Not sexy at all, not by a long shot. Highly recommend this little app. Give it a consistent shot.

Well it seems good and logic is telling me it should help after all I go to the gym to lose weight and get a bit fitter. I will see how it goes in the meantime it's £4 odd probably well spent. A few tounge exercises with simple CGI video and guide with tips.

So far so good. It really is fun and you're guided thru with good animations. I'm still waiting to see results but all exercise takes discipline and a little time to yield results. I'll add more later when I've been doing this a while.

Really like it. Seems to be working. I haven't done snorelab but I was very diligent with this app for a while, stopped for a bit, and my wife was able to notice and ask "did you stop your mouth exercises"? It was actively noticeable to her. Back on it now. Like any exercise, it's use it or lose it.

Very helpful and informative! However, one small observation is that if you have "remove animations" enabled (under Android's accessibility options) the instructional videos won't play/animate :'( Other than that, great work SnoreGym! Keep it up!

The exercises are scientifically supported and simple to do. Users should experience obvious results from the outset. The workout is long enough to be effective but short enough to feel doable. The app seems to have a very idiosyncratic notion of how to calculate a "streak," which is my biggest complaint.

This is a great app! I love it! It's very easy to use and really works well in recording you as you sleep. It has many features to help you with your problems. You can even sync it to snow jam which you can get to from the app. It's great it goes through a series of tongue and cheek exercises with animated pictures to help you do it right. I recommend this for anybody that has trouble sleeping or believe they have sleep apnea or do have it to track how well your device works for you.

It took about 10 days to see results but thereafter it drastically improved my sleep quality and, hence, quality of life. On days I don't do the exercises or even do them too early my snore score is anywhere between 20 to 60. When I do the exercises within an hour of sleep my snore scores drop to between 4 and 10. Thanks very much to the developers, from me and my wife.

So far so good. I've been using this app for a couple of nights now. On the very first night, there was A Lot of gagging reflex with some of the exercises, but for the 1st time in years, I didn't wake up in the middle of the night chocking on my own lack of breath. It's now the 3rd night and there was little to no gag reflex while doing the exercises! Wake up feeling much better!

I find the tips that appear during the exercises a great addition to ensure you're doing them right. The animations are great, as well as the timed reps with slight grace to switch sides. I found that to be very smooth and a great experience thus far. I've only used this two nights in a row but am excited to see some progress. One tip if using Snorelab --- I have a fan and air purifier running due to the temp in my bedroom. These drown out any detection of snoring and I get false snore results.
