Been using Soap Notes PRO for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you quickly generate professional-looking SOAP notes and treatment plans. Pretty solid if you’re a healthcare provider who hates all the documentation.
Here’s what you do: you just tap on different options to build out your notes – there’s sections for Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan. It’s got some AI smarts that tries to auto-generate sentences for you. And there’s a feature where you can save common phrases or paragraphs to use again. Took me a while to figure that one out but it’s actually really useful.
Look, if you’re a busy clinician who’s always running behind on notes, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the AI doesn’t always get the wording right and it can be a bit clunky at times. But overall it does the job and saves me a ton of time. Worth checking out if you need to streamline your documentation.

So here's my honest take on Soap Notes PRO. I've tested a bunch of medical apps and this one's definitely one of the better options for quickly generating SOAP notes. The interface is pretty intuitive and I like how you can just tap to build out the different sections. And compared to manually typing everything, it saves me hours of work each week. That said, the AI-generated text isn't always perfect and it can feel a bit limited if you want more customization. But for most clinicians, I'd say it's a solid choice that makes documentation way less painful.

I cannot figure out how to cancel my subscription, and the developers will not email me back.
It's difficult to use
It does not respond well at time I can't even enter info. Seemed to be nice. I wish it was functioning well
