Use to be my favorite astronomy app, now I can't find out how to get the accelerometer planetarium up which is the feature I use most. On some launches the app also endlessly jumps from planet to planet and can't be stopped.
No accessibility settings at all! I keep accidentally zooming in on the sun ! then the controls won't work while I'm waiting forever for it to do that. Sucks so bad because solar walk 1 was my Jam in high school :(
Very disappointed with this app. I purchased add on and am still getting adds via the app. Whats the point of having to put up with annoying advertising every time you use the app? Waist of time and money unless this can be rectified. Dont waist your time or money with this app. As a customer who paid I want my money back unless you can fix this.
Hands down one of the BEST apps on the market! I adore it. Opening the app and seeing all the stars and being able to rotate them and see it all in 3D is truly breathtaking! I have learned so much from this app. Vito has awesome apps period! Also if you love this one check out Star Walk 2. Any money spent on either of these is well worth it. Trust me! 😍
It all looks OK. My only issue is that I have paid as a parent on the play store. I've then paid for the premium version. For some reason this hasnt allowed my son the full version, despite me allowing the app via the Google family link. Because my son can't pay through his tablet (setting through google) he's unable to view the additional features. Can you advise?
Great when I need it to confirm what I'm seeing and checking times for events. Needs more stars, more accurate magnitudes and a time scrubbing capability so you can see an event ahead of time and set a reminder and alarm even a month or year ahead..
Looks better on a tablet amazing graphics and visuals I highly recommend for anyone who wants to be a space explorer be your own inner Astronaut with this app! I would also recommend Night Shift if you want to increase your star gazing experience and a star chart! Let's explore the Universe together embrace the unknown in the final frontier!
A wonderful learning program with great visuals and sound. Looks unbelievable on a large display, such as in bluestacks for PC. Love the ambient music and space sound effects. They create an immersive experience, especially on headphones. The models look fantastic with realistic details and colors. You can tell a ton of work has gone into making the program. The price is very convenient as well compared to other similar apps. A must have for astronomy enthusiasts! Buy it now.
STUNNING app, works beautifully together with StarWalk2, I was able to forsee and even simulate the total lunar eclipse (3d here and 2d in StarWalk), then I got up early and it was precisely at that spot, so great work! The paid versions / addons are confusing however. Great Support though.
Wow! Just WOW!! This is the culmination of all the previous Solar Walk apps so if you buy only one then THIS is the one to buy as it is the one being actively updated & expanded! I guess the version for teachers might be still growing along with this but I didn't see the need in buying that one.
