The staff is very rude. You CANNOT call any of the NEXTCARE facilities. Scheduling an appointment is next to impossible because you never know if your doctor is actually there. I've been in pain for months because of this unprofessional nonsense. My work related injury was swept under the rug thanks to this establishment. Amanda the workers comp coordinator will not return phone calls emails. How does this place stay in business? Not recommend by me at all. Horrible experience.

Terrible It is hard to figure out and I had to load my information twice and when I tried the camera option with my Healthcare cards it couldn't read them. After all that process with the app I still had to fill in a paper form at the facility I went to. After I received a review request from Solv for that facility I tried to give a bad review and it wouldn't accept it. There is no obvious place to access app support to ask questions why the review wouldn't process. Bad experience

What benefit is it to me to have to use this app to schedule appointments and keep my insurance on file, yet I have ZERO visual/physical access to test results in the event that I need them?! I received a PHONE CALL verifying my results, but can't seem to be able to get a hard copy of the results! I've used other medical apps that provided my health care history and offered the ability to have PROOF of my history. I am NOT impressed by SOLV.

Edit: Thank you so much for responding so promptly and making me feel at ease. I re-downloaded the app and haven't had any issues. All her info is correct now. This is a simple and convenient tool to make appointments and I shouldnt have gotten so upset and blamed y'all for having a panic attack lol. I obviously need to book an appt myself to a mental health specialist so that I can set a better example for my daughter. I changed rating to 5☆ Thanks again 😊

it's so easy to use to schedule and reschedule!! The app is super easy to navigate and doesn't lag on my phone at all and I usually have problems with apps doing that!! My family has 5 members and each member had their own profile which makes it super easy to keep up with everyone and individual needs!

Made a Covid-19 test thru Solv. Got the appt and location, drove 15 miles and 45 minutes to find out the testing location was closed. Called the testing facility and found out that location closed months ago and they don't do appointments, they are walk ins only at a different location closer to me. So why did I give Solv all my healthcare insurance info? And to be told by Solv that my appointment was all set up was a lie?

The app is okay but very buggy for covid screening. For example, it slowed me to schedule an appointment for 5 minutes from now, without taking into account that the office requires a virtual visit first, which means they need to call you first. The app went ahead and sent my appointment to me via email and text, neither of which mentioned the need for a virtual visit, so I showed up and got chewed out by the receptionist.

Constantly asks if I want to open in the app or the browser or the app. If I say app, it will open in the browser. If I say browser, it opens in the app. On my home screen it says I have an upcoming appointment - even though I cancelled it and my upcoming appointments are empty. Everything was working fine, so I am thinking there was an update. If so, not much of an update.

TAKE PHOTOS AHEAD OF TIME OR IT WILL CRASH AND NOT WORK. Tried over and over to take a photo through the website and then the app but it always freezes. Delayed my appointment time just because of this technology issue. If you take the photo in your regular photo app before adding it to the app it works just fine. Also can't look at consent form or else it will kick you out of the submitting of it (although thankfully it kept most of the info so I didn't have to reenter all of it).

App works well however after you fill out all the information about address, insurance, etc. You can book an appointment online which is cool, but when you show up you STILL have to fill out all the same information on paper forms which is a redundant and ridiculous waste of time. Just market this app for what it is, a way to get inline without any additional benefit.
