Been using Sorce – AI Job Search for a couple months now. It’s basically like Tinder but for jobs. Applying to jobs these days is such a pain, so this app tries to fix that. You just swipe through open positions and the AI handles the actual application for you. No more endless forms and repetitive questions – pretty simple and straightforward.
Here’s what you do: you browse through job listings, swipe right on ones you’re interested in, and the app takes care of submitting your resume and cover letter. There’s also a section to build your profile and preferences, which is pretty cool. And you can see stats on your applications – how many you’ve sent, interviews lined up, that kind of thing.
Look, if you’re sick of the whole job search grind, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – sometimes the AI misses the mark on the application and you have to redo it. But overall it does a solid job of getting your foot in the door without all the hassle. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Sorce - AI Job Search. I've tested a bunch of job search apps and this one's definitely one of the more unique ones. The AI application feature is really cool in theory, and in my experience it has landed me a few interviews that I probably wouldn't have gotten otherwise. The swiping interface is simple and makes browsing jobs way less tedious. On the downside, the AI isn't perfect and sometimes the applications it sends don't quite hit the mark. And the job listings aren't as comprehensive as some of the big job sites. But overall, I'd say it's a pretty solid option if you're tired of the traditional job hunt grind.

Filters don't even work, especially for job titles. I am searching for civil engineering positions and all I get are software engineering positions.
