the advisors really didn't help at all they wouldn't listen to what you say and they keep pointing out to do rituals and after I told them I cant do them she keeps insiting to do it when I told her I got no money and time do it

Cost too high not enough ways to earn more credits

3 minutes isn't enough as people often type slow and I didn't get the answer when they responded last minute 😡

Network error can't update app or load screen vip center won't load and it is just malfunctioning generally. I've tried uninstall and reinstall nothing is working

what a nightmare of an app (- anti-consumer male). it's doing everything to get your attention like a gambling machine lol but for women

you said it's free, but it's not, got cut off after a few messages. It said you have to pay, false advertisement.

There should be more ways to earn coins 3 minutes is not long enough , and when doing so like giving your email I only received 8 coins still not enough to get at least a good answer you understand fully and not wanting more .

Very accurate readings with everyone I tried a reading with very accurate with very little information given very pleased with the readings in the accuracy of them I am definitely going to recommend this to my friends and close loved ones

I have some good experiences with different psychics on this app but the last I didn't like to much I wasn't satisfied with the reading that was giving to me. I do wish they offered you more mins than just 3 free mins.

This app sucks yes it says SoulAlign - Emotional support but once your in the app it says "HELP CENTER" it sure helps it doesn't give you time to put info in then type question before your time is gone the add little more time and it sucked 5 minutes in 1 minute . SMH I will find a better one

I've had various readings and each time I'm told something similar to what I've been told by others before, which always tells me something's up. I just had a reading done, and it hinted at a specific detail I was recently told by various others before, as well as confirming what I wondered about. Always spot on. ❤️

Horrible experience. I wish it was more than 3 minutes of free reading. I felt as if it wasn't well. The reader spoke in riddles. spoke of a ritual. she didn't have any real answer to my question. so unhappy. I'm more confused.

I am not happy with the app. You can't chat here with others before and after reading, even when you pay for it. When you book a reading It's not very clear, and you would have to know all your info and others you're asking about. I thought the whole point was asking for reading because you are struggling with a love life or family member, and maybe things aren't going the the way you want

I love the Advisor I have. But my issue is that everytime u speak w/them repeatedly it ups ur cost per min 4 ur sessions & then it's becomes extremely expensive & I haven't been able to finish my sessions due to the high increase per min bc I'm a returning client. It's extremely frustrating and disappointing. There should be some type of credit to returning clients bc i don't even think I'm getting a full min per the cost per min. But I do luv my Advisor Love Soulmate she is amazing & on poin

Not coherent,I purchased a 5 min chat and each time there were discrepancies, the 1st time I couldn't understand the message because it was broken English, the second time was a connectivity issue and the 3rd time was a like a glitch, she started repeating the same thing over and over, at this point I give up. If English isn't the first language then a translating tool will help. It's a waste of time and money to try to decipher a message that should be clear
