Customer service is absolutely horrible, I have been trying to reach out to them for over the past month, and have not received any response, I've had past problems with this site and their sister sites and customer service not responding and when they do not explaining problems correctly and not understanding problems correctly, I never in my life have been through such unprofessional customer service before like this.

This is a great app fast reliable friendly and always have the answ rs. They have alot to offer from tarot readings to psychic r adings spiritual guidance as well. You can do live readings on video or chat or you can have them send you a message with the answers to any of all of your questions I'd recommend to anyone I love this app thanks soullite. I'll continue using this app for a long time also will recommend it to all of my family friends coworkers ect...I'm so glad i found this app needed

First time using the app and it's not like the other tarot apps I come across. You talk to real advisors that help you through any situation. You do daily spins of the day and get discounts off from the advisors after your reading. Very helpful.

I've been using soulight since January and I'm in love with this app, especially since the predictions have come true for me. The advisors have amazed me with their insights, often mentioning things that I hadn't even mentioned but had been pondering deep in my heart. It's like they can read my mind & soul.

I have talked with Mary physic and I am always blown away by what she has to tell me she is always spot on and she guides me where I need to go, helping me avoid turbulence on the way there I would recommend this if you're looking for guidance or you just have a lot of unanswered definitely get this app

Omg! I love this app so much, its very easy to navigate around and their customer support is super helpful. I can tell that customer satisfaction is their priority. And their advisors has given me an accurate reading with only little info given. I highly recommend u guys this app!

I spent a lot on this app. I have had lot of readings but none of the predictions came true. When I confronted the support team they asked me to go for more readings. Advisors are extremely rude and they fear monger you to lure into their premium services and most of them give you cold readings. When we give low rating to the advisors they block you and threaten you in the name of energy and spirit. This app is just using people's situations to make money rather than providing quality service.

This is really a genuine App. The Psychics are real and very accurate in their predictions. They connect well with your situation and offer the best guidance and in depth readings. My favorite is Psychic Victoria. I have been using this App for almost a year now and I am very happy with their services. They offer live chats, text readings, audio readings and video calls. You will not be disappointed!!!

i used this app since 2022, i would say, dont waste your money 😅😅 most of them would tell you he would come back by this by that, its been 3 years.. I asked them to read about this particular person.. until now this person hasn't reach out to me and i reached to that person and he ran away..haha. so.dont trust all the sweet things coming from them

Lving this App as it is having many features like live text/audio/video chat, text reading, audio reading and video reading which we'll get response within 1 hour or 24hours and some premium services also. Free every day tarot reading is what i love most. Getting accurate results also in this app, i did try with more than one advisor but all said smilar. Need to wait few more days to see whether what they said come true or not, but my current situation is exactly same as they predicted.

Soulight is the best service I have found for online readings. I have found and worked with some incredible advisors that are professional, care deeply, really know what they are doing, and have been perfect for me, and honestly a godsend through some very challenging situations in my life. The app itself is also so smooth and well made. And the customer service is amazing. I am so grateful to have had Soulight and the advisors I have found on it, in my life these past years.

Very bad app. My valid phone number verification is constantly being blocked & denied access to the network. It keeps saying that there is an unknown error. Even when my WiFi is secure, & I have allowed all permissions, cleared cache & data, then force stop!! Nothing works & my usual guess is that it's not secure & accepted by Google because it's always being attacked by phone hackers who deliberately create virus's & use illegal devices to interfere with service to create technical faults.

Soulight has some great Advisors. Advisors have a profile page with most telling you in detail what they offer. Prices are set by Advisors thrmselves and they vary from live chat to 1hr & 24hr readings There is also audio and video readings which take up to 24hrs to receive. The premium services offered differ to. Give it a go if you like this kind of thing as I think it is better than most.

I had an amazing experience with Peeyush on Soulight. His astrology and tarot card reading was so accurate and insightful. I used to LOVE this app. I had a psychic I went to often on here. Over the last few months however, it's gone down hill. The advisors can't read the full message I send, even if it's under the 3,000 character limit. So they have to guess. Because they guess you get a general generic reading without your questions being answered. Some of the advisors, including the one I went to often, have become very rude. I have to pay 2 sometimes even 3 times just to get my question answered. Very sad.

This is a great app. 1. It's expensive to start with. However the more you use, the more perks (free perks) you get which in turn will make up for the expense. They also often have sales that help with the expense too. There a many advisors to choose from. I've tried a few now and they're rather good. Some should be avoided but overall it's good. Apart from this there are also many services to choose from. I've met some lovely advisors who've helped me on my journey. Thank you.

There are some good advisors. I have found one who is great! Some seem like they are just there to get paid though. Some won't do the standard follow-up questions for clarity & a lot won't answer you in the introductory messages you send them. Kinda creates the wrong kind of vibe. With it being pretty expensive to get a reading, these things take away from the whole experience. They are better apps out there that run regular discount specials & the advisors seem to want to help. Choose wisely.

Poor customer service. I tried buying credits twice because it kept saying the purchase didn't go through, when in fact both purchases did go through. Yet, I did not receive any credits in my account. I reached out to customer service and they asked me to send the amount I spent plus screenshots. I wasn't able to send screenshots but I told them the amount. Then, no response from them.
