Been playing Sound & Soulful for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that has a bunch of subliminal audio tracks to help you manifest your goals and dreams. Pretty cool if you’re into that kind of thing.
Here’s what you do – you can browse through all the different subliminals they’ve got, like for money, relationships, health, and more. And there’s also different background sounds you can pick from to customize the tracks. And you can create your own playlists by combining the ones you want. Took me a while to figure all that out but it’s pretty useful.
Look, if you’re into self-improvement and the Law of Attraction, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – some of the subliminals are a bit cheesy – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Sound & Soulful. I've tested a bunch of self-help and manifestation apps, and this one's actually pretty solid. The variety of subliminals they've got is impressive, and I like how you can customize the background sounds. Seems to be working for me, though of course results may vary. The only downsides are that some of the affirmations can be a little cringy, and it does get repetitive after a while. But if you're looking for an app to help with manifesting your dreams, this is a pretty good option.
