Excellent app and colour combos. I would recommend getting more than one hue light because the different combos are awesome. This is the app you want if you want your lights to sync to the music. I can use my bose speaker and it works perfectly.
Seems to turn off unless you keep the phone open and the microphone music sync mode kinda feels like it isn't really listening to music... Just randomly switching lights on..it's okay but not doing what I expect.
I was skeptical about this app and also thought the novelty would wear off, but it works brilliantly and I can turn my home into a stunning light show! I was so impressed I bought both the Thunderstorm and fire apps too. Outstanding!
I love the concept but I am not certain the app is really using the microphone to sync the music with the lights. Even if the music is paused in a quiet room the lights still randomly flash to an invisible beat...
Really easy to set up and use. Always kicks in without issue unlike Hue Essentials which keeps being temperamental. This all is reliable, intuitive and gives me my instant Disco whenever I need it. Highly recommended.
I was really excited about purchasing this but it was an let down at the end. The Light function with music doesnt flash in sync to the music. I'm still trying to understand how it work. At the end, I dont use as I once intended
I love this app. I just wish that I could eliminate my phone to use it. And use my Google Assistant speaker instead. This goes for Thunderstorm for Hue as well. I e-mailed a longer version of my idea to Soundstorm for Hue. I hope that they see it and give it a go. This would change the game.
if I can give 1000 stars I will! love it! great app! works amazing! 5 bulbs so far. turns your place to bloody night club! love light separation for different frequencies. just will install in on other phone and will use my main one! would be great to have functionality with headphones, but understand technical limitations. whatever! it's great! as a feedback- maybe worth trying neural networks approach to remove voices, noise etc, for better experiences, but it will come, I belive).
I wanted an app that allows me to do the following: Strobe lights Colour loops Music attaching colours It did just that and that's what I wanted. The music attaching colours only work on the room's audio.. I have to figure out if it can connect to something like Spotify
Yet another home run app for my Hue lights. It already has several cool effects built in and gives you the ability to create your own too. Really nice when you want to just relax with some music and have your lights going as well.
