I wish I could rate this app a -10. Worse app I've used. when you try to use the spam blockers it lets everything through. It doesn't add to your block list either. I even tried blocking anyone that was not a contact, that did not work either. I'll go back to a free version that will at least block anyone who is not a contact. Not worth a penny spent on it.
Total waist of money, I have continuously receive many telemarketing calls, and clearly marked as spam calls I have blocked these calls but still get them. I have been ignored when I raised this issue. It's really bad that after you pay 4 a year, now I have multiple months reporting this to them and nothing has changed. They take the money then they don't care if you complain. If you can't do what your app is for, Refund the money!
1st they charge $8 per month. When I installed the app. I had to manually list every single number I wanted blocked even though there is an option to block all calls with a certain area code. It didn't work. Now I'm at the point that if a call is not in my contacts it blocks it. I'm about to cancel my subscription.I didn't want to write a bad review but there is no way to contact them. No phone number or email. Just suggestions on how they can improve
This app actually works. Had spammers calling me all day everyday except Sundays. Looks like selecting to block VOIP calls worked so I'm happy with it. Only sad thing is you have to pay after the trial. Wish there was a cheaper option than $40 for a year and also once you cut the AI assistant on it doesn't allow you to cut it back off.
Thought I'd try it but didn't appreciate having to install the app to find out how much they were going to charge me. 3 day free trial then 3.99 week or 7.99 month or 39.99 year. Why doesn't the play store insist that prices be posted on the page listing anymore? I don't appreciate being toyed with and it doesn't make me want to throw money at the developers.
The only one that has worked! I am currently looking for the employment and I was getting up to 25 scam calls per day from the same two area codes. Those numbers were getting through every other apps spam filter. This one worked perfectly. I will def be getting the subscription ( the trial has ended) as soon as one of these employment positions come through! 🥰
I've used this on my last two phones and it has relieved me of so much stress. the only thing I wish it would do is enable the speaker so I could also hear the caller if the number is not in my contacts, in case it is someone I want or need to speak to. most callers hang up without leaving information, and get marked as spam. if it was a long lost friend, it pretty much eliminated the chances I'll ever know they called.
This app seems to be doing the trick. I was receiving spam and robo calls at 1 am and during working hours. It seemed to have stopped since subscribing. I've had this app for a year or 2 by now and I give it 4-5 stars only because some spam calls do go through. But often times I believe the app is delayed and cancels the call a ring in. Overall, the app does as it's intended. It's only a shame that we have to pay extra to not be disturbed.
So far, 5 stars! I had been using the Hiya app for several years, and it suddenly went crazy and blocked everything and wouldn't let me fix it, so I needed another spam blocker. This one is much better than Hiya. I haven't had one single call from a scammer to come through, and I had over 12,000 blocked on my last phone that I did manually. Please keep this app running just like it is!!!
When it worked it was okay. Very few calls got through but then again, I had registered my number with the FCC and was on the no call list shortly before activating the app. Unfortunately, it disabled my visual voicemail. This is totally unacceptable and an old issue that needs to be addressed. Why isn't there a simple way to fix it? Decided to cancel. Too much work to fix their issues. I can just go back to manual blocking instead of paying to be a beta tester. They only made 5 bucks off me.
