BEWARE OF THIS APP. I created an account to go through the app, see how it worked, and see if it was a scam. I messaged a few of the profiles on the app to see if people would respond. The first thing I get is an e-mail from "staff" saying that I had been flagged as a user for that activity, and in a second e-mail, that I needed to provide them with my ID, mortgage statement, and deed. They also have a "pay to contact" function, which reminds me of a scammy dating site. HIGHLY SKETCH.

Needed to find someone when roommate moved out. App was easy to use and I was able to find someone in a couple of weeks.

Even with investing in the application, the leads and landlord recommendations are not aligned with a common understanding of matching your desired results. You spent more time filtering out the app's results. Why? Shouldn't a tool make the workload more efficient? Tinder for housing vibes after 30 days of use, and ended with better results elsewhere.

The Hide Ad button doesn't hide the ad. Also, it would be nice to have an option of "smoker/but only outside.

trash. if people are not accepting requests then the app should include the listing in searches. they should at least allow for filtering.

Paywall for messaging. When you leave contact info on your ad it gets removed. Totally useless app requires both you and some sucker in your area to fall for the pay wall.

The search is broken. It ignores the search radius, and only shows you results directly within the location you searched for. It shows the radius you select on the map, but the results do not show up.

The paywalls can be a bit annoying. Just know if you are new to the site, no one will be able to contact you with the first week of making an ad unless they or you have purchased the upgrade to do so. (applies both to people with rooms available or people seeking a room)
