Horrible app! First of all, there is no direct integration with Google Wallet / Samsung Pass from within the app itself (which is honestly an incredibly minor nitpick — but seeing as how every other company has this, it would have been nice to have it here, too). Secondly, and far more importantly: it just flat out doesn't work half the time. Error messages, server timeouts... changes are never saved. My identity can never be verified for whatever reason. The fuel prices map is garbage. Bad app!

Absolutely terrible. I wish I could give less than one star. Got an automated response saying to please contact services so we can resolve the issue. Been on hold for almost an hour. Update, finally got my account in on the app, finally get in the app. And holy cow is it useless, can't redeem points with it at all. No longer able to use points at the counter now I guess and have to redeem them on the app. Go to do that and it's blank. I'm just gonna stop going to speedway.

Absolutely HATE AND I MEAN HATE this latest update!!! Never had an issue with the app before and it was very easy to use. Now it's an absolute mess!! Can't submit a receipt, can't lookup fuel prices without the map resetting as you look at the locations! There was nothing wrong with the way it was!! If I could get the other version back I would in a heartbeat!!!!

Before the recent updates, I could easily add a barcode scan widget to my Samsung home screen. Since the latest Speedway updates, that feature has been removed from my device. This is incredibly frustrating. It used to be quick and simple—I’d unlock my phone and scan the barcode right from the home screen. Now I have to open the app, navigate to the barcode, and then scan it. If something isn’t broken, why mess with it? Please bring back the old feature.

I've used speedy rewards and this app for years now. Everything used to be so simple and straightforward. The 5 quick tabs on the bottom would take you exactly where you needed to go But this latest update, is hot garbage in every way possible. You can no longer see a list of fuel prices, instead there is a map with some prices listed underneath. Seems like a pretty good idea at first, until you try moving the map only for it to snap back to the location your phone is pinging at. Terrible design

The map is quirky and continues to reset near your location (both when using location services and when searching by city) v when trying to pan. Then, occasionally, the app shows me as having 0 points and no profile. The only way to get around this is having to uninstall and reinstall the app. It is junk. I wish I could give it a lower rating. It's enough, why I'm ready to go use some other line of gas stations.

Fix your app!! I have tried signing in everyday for almost 2 weeks and your app seems to refuse to send me the text for verification. no error messages... no texts. over 20k points can't claim til you do and at this point, since I can't use your reward system I might as well pick a new gas station with different rewards.... at least i'd get them.

The new update is still terrible. you can't search for gas anywhere other than right around where you're at. You can't even search at all anymore unless you're in map view, which doesn't even load the stores all the time. The app also randomly loses my saved gift cards, and even when it doesn't, I can't even use multiple gift cards at once to get gas without needing to come in multiple times because your new system won't allow split payments on gas.

This app used to work great. Now, it's nearly impossible to use. I have several fuel and gift cards saved on my phone. Each card had a name so I could easily identify between cards. Now, it just shows the last 4 digits of the card. I have no idea how to tell which card is which. I deleted all the cards and re-entered them. It was fine again, until I went to add money to one of them. As soon as I opened that card for the cashier to scan, it switched from a blue fuel card to a yellow gift card.

It has been months since I have been able to log in to the app. I have deleted and reinstalled many times. I have had nothing but issues since the update. Speedway/ 7-Eleven has gone down hill since 7-ELEVEN took over! They don't care about employees, can't keep employees and get rid of long time hard working employees when it isn't necessary! The employees are also rude! I try not to go unless I am just needing fuel. I wish I could do less than a 1 star! deleting app and telling everyone too!

Horrible!! Ever since they are now part of 7-Eleven I have nothing but issues. They always say that there's something wrong with the connection. I can't get the price of my local gas. I finally uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now I try putting my phone number in to verify and I hit continue and it does nothing so now I don't even have the app!!!

I can't get into my account! I uninstalled it and all it does is close after I tried to put my info in . This is ridiculous that I can't log in. I better have all my points and rewards and game plays ect. working properly It's pretty sad now we have to deal with this all the time. It won't even send me a text /or text call because that was messed up as well. I hope you fix this issue soon. Thanks

it's pretty frequent that they offer something for free, but Don’t have it available. it's not a one time thing. it's probably 50% of the time they offer something. No apologies, just annoyed clerks, having to grudgingly deal with a customer. We buy fuel in our big truck here, we're not just coming for free stuff. But it's out of the way. if they can't keep up their end of this arrangement, maybe we need to get fuel closer to the shop. no point in going where the rewards aren't coming thus way.

I would use this app at my local speedway all the time, but now nothing loads, it shows I have no points, the map doesn't recognize the speedway down the street from me, and upon uninstallong and reinstalling, I go to log in and it crashes over and over, tried 5 times. It's as if they're trying to keep you off of it so you don't save money. That needs fixed immediately.

I opened app to select monthly perk. I have gotten double fuel points for years. but it had already selected a different perk. (get points for buying an item that I cannot even use) called customer service. they cannot change it once it has been selected. (auto selected). he did issue bonus points, but not nearly what I would make using double fuel points. otherwise I would have given only 1 star.

Application is constantly crashing on Pixel 8, I tried linking my physical rewards card to my digital and it kept crashing. I finally got it to the final confirmation page when it crashed again. Now it won't let me try again, losing all the points on my physical card as it says that card doesn't exist. If you have the physical cards, don't bother trying to migrate to the digital.

Garbage. First, I used my reward points to get the cents off a gallon discount, but it just ate my points and emailing cs got me no reply, and then I couldn't see any profile info or reward points. I logged out, and now I can't sign in because every time I enter my mobile number the app closes and I don't get verified. So it just basically stole my points first, customer support is non-existent, and now I can't do anything. I was a Speedway die-hard loyalist but I'm moving to USA2Go rewards.

The app used to work great until recent updates. Now it seems to crash when opening and I have to close and reopen to get it to work. The map to find fuel prices is worthless now. It constantly recenters on my location and I can't get anything more than a couple miles from me. When traveling long distance, it is nice to know where I can stop along the route and get the cheapest gas, but impossible to do that with the latest update!

This new app plain sucks! It's not very easy to navigate. You can't select front nearest stations or favorites...at least not that I could tell! I got so frustrated and disgusted that I just closed it!!! I'll use gas buddy for pricing from now on. May just stop going all together, there's a Family Express 2 blocks away from me.

Takes forever to earn enough points for a coupon, then the coupons don't even work in any store. When you redeem a coupon on the app, you can't un-redeem it when the coupon doesn't work. Then when the coupon expires, you don't get the points back. Done playing their games, there are cheaper gas stations in my area. Deleting the app and not coming back to speedway
