Horrible app! First of all, there is no direct integration with Google Wallet / Samsung Pass from within the app itself (which is honestly an incredibly minor nitpick — but seeing as how every other company has this, it would have been nice to have it here, too). Secondly, and far more importantly: it just flat out doesn't work half the time. Error messages, server timeouts... changes are never saved. My identity can never be verified for whatever reason. The fuel prices map is garbage. Bad app!

Absolutely terrible. I wish I could give less than one star. Got an automated response saying to please contact services so we can resolve the issue. Been on hold for almost an hour. Update, finally got my account in on the app, finally get in the app. And holy cow is it useless, can't redeem points with it at all. No longer able to use points at the counter now I guess and have to redeem them on the app. Go to do that and it's blank. I'm just gonna stop going to speedway.

Absolutely HATE AND I MEAN HATE this latest update!!! Never had an issue with the app before and it was very easy to use. Now it's an absolute mess!! Can't submit a receipt, can't lookup fuel prices without the map resetting as you look at the locations! There was nothing wrong with the way it was!! If I could get the other version back I would in a heartbeat!!!!

Before the recent updates, I could easily add a barcode scan widget to my Samsung home screen. Since the latest Speedway updates, that feature has been removed from my device. This is incredibly frustrating. It used to be quick and simple—I’d unlock my phone and scan the barcode right from the home screen. Now I have to open the app, navigate to the barcode, and then scan it. If something isn’t broken, why mess with it? Please bring back the old feature.

I've used speedy rewards and this app for years now. Everything used to be so simple and straightforward. The 5 quick tabs on the bottom would take you exactly where you needed to go But this latest update, is hot garbage in every way possible. You can no longer see a list of fuel prices, instead there is a map with some prices listed underneath. Seems like a pretty good idea at first, until you try moving the map only for it to snap back to the location your phone is pinging at. Terrible design

The map is quirky and continues to reset near your location (both when using location services and when searching by city) v when trying to pan. Then, occasionally, the app shows me as having 0 points and no profile. The only way to get around this is having to uninstall and reinstall the app. It is junk. I wish I could give it a lower rating. It's enough, why I'm ready to go use some other line of gas stations.

Fix your app!! I have tried signing in everyday for almost 2 weeks and your app seems to refuse to send me the text for verification. no error messages... no texts. over 20k points can't claim til you do and at this point, since I can't use your reward system I might as well pick a new gas station with different rewards.... at least i'd get them.

The new update is still terrible. you can't search for gas anywhere other than right around where you're at. You can't even search at all anymore unless you're in map view, which doesn't even load the stores all the time. The app also randomly loses my saved gift cards, and even when it doesn't, I can't even use multiple gift cards at once to get gas without needing to come in multiple times because your new system won't allow split payments on gas.

This app used to work great. Now, it's nearly impossible to use. I have several fuel and gift cards saved on my phone. Each card had a name so I could easily identify between cards. Now, it just shows the last 4 digits of the card. I have no idea how to tell which card is which. I deleted all the cards and re-entered them. It was fine again, until I went to add money to one of them. As soon as I opened that card for the cashier to scan, it switched from a blue fuel card to a yellow gift card.

It has been months since I have been able to log in to the app. I have deleted and reinstalled many times. I have had nothing but issues since the update. Speedway/ 7-Eleven has gone down hill since 7-ELEVEN took over! They don't care about employees, can't keep employees and get rid of long time hard working employees when it isn't necessary! The employees are also rude! I try not to go unless I am just needing fuel. I wish I could do less than a 1 star! deleting app and telling everyone too!
