The app has been up-to-date since I began using it. I've had issues with my account and contacted support but the app closes when trying to access their response. I even sent my email and i still haven't received a response. Unbelievable! I was charged for something I haven't used and it was during the trial period. Terrible!
This app is a complete scam. I wanted a refund yet I can't even send their chat support a message without it failing? I briefly checked out all the features and I'm severely disappointed, especially when only searching for "online" profiles only to see that even with no other filter added, no other users are online? I'm skeptical at best that there are people who are actually using this app at all. This was my message that I wanted to send but it failed. Do not subscribe and remove from store.
I've used this app twice and I'm going to uninstall again. They give me matches from over 300 miles away when they know my region. There's also multiple ads every few seconds which you have to go out of your way to close. I'm not getting many matches on here either and I live close to San Francisco so this shouldn't be happening.
I have been trying to log-in to my account and I am receiving the login mail to the registered email ID I have given but when I click on to it, it just shows a 404 error page...i have payed a subscription and I have forwarded my complain thrice but I only receive a same auto generated email from your end...even after paying I go through such hassle to just log into my account coz I forgot my password. It's so hard to just change a password.. Twice you people don't rectify, why is it that you have charged me, wen such basic issues can't technically handled well..
First few connections all scammers, got loads of likes in just a couple of days of using this app, way more than tinder and there's far more users on tinder. But they want you to pay for premium. This app is a either a scam on purpose, or is just terrible and they have no control over it. Edit: With the amount of likes I got, it's clear to me that a vast number of them must be fake. So it's not worth my time using the report function. There are ways you can reduce fake accounts. Do it.
Actually the interaction in this SPICY app is fully payed, is that correct?.... Like you are basically unknown and unpopular, you provide much worse and amateurish service than tinder, but you strictly require payment for any interaction?!.... is that a joke ???...... And NO it doesn't let me contact any matches, it redirects me to the payment methods in order to see them!
It seems like a good app but i can't even see who is liking me or visiting me. What's the point of giving me the option to swipe left or right if i can't even see who is responding back with out purchasing. Not to mention It will say to use zapping and swipe 30 more times and you can unlock your locka for free for the next 12 hrs. So i did that and nothing was unlocked. Why put something there if its not going to do what it says its going to do. Happened to me twice I'm going to delete this app.
Kind of pointless to get a dating app where you have to pay to see your matches? I don't really understand that aspect. It also gives matches from far out of range, which might be good for LDR, but not quite interested. Also have to click on a profile in order to see their other photos.
This app is not user friendly at all. There's no direct path on how to get to matches, you just have to click everywhere and hope for the best. The app is incredibly messy. Also advertises to join VIP way too much. Edit : I'm trying this again. Giving it three stars for now for the improvement of navigation. May chnagr to five after further usage.
Disappointed in this app. I had a and actually made some connections with people. The app accidentally got uninstalled. When i went to install the app back and put my log in information in nothing would work. I emailed them and they claimed they tried to find my profile. After a few the emailed back saying they couldn't find my profile. It bothers me to have something of myself out there that i can't delete especially when i trusted the app with my information.
