Been using Spruce: Medical Communication for a couple months now. It’s basically a secure messaging and telehealth platform for healthcare providers and their patients. Pretty solid app if you’re in the medical field.
Here’s what you do: you can call, text, fax, and video chat with your patients, all from one app. There’s also a shared team inbox, which is pretty cool. And you can set up automated custom communications – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re a healthcare professional, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the setup can be a bit complicated at first – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Spruce: Medical Communication. I've tested a bunch of healthcare communication apps and this one's pretty good. The security and HIPAA compliance are solid, and the features are really robust. Probably overkill for individual practitioners, but for larger practices or hospital systems it could be a game-changer. The only downside is the learning curve - it's not the most intuitive app out there. But once you get the hang of it, it works really well.
