The app is Very easy to use, and allows you tocontact you're therapist In a very timely manner. It's simple to use, sends reminders for your appointments, and it's very helpful. And Christina Is literally amazing, She Truly cares About her clients and seeing them grow And reach their goals. She's passionate About her work And is extremely easy to talk to and will always be in your corner I could talk about Christina for days!

It was easy u download the app they will walk u thru every step if u can't figure it out. You make ur payment before ur visit so theres no problems with the billing later to deal with. all in all wonderful staff and providers. come check them out.

Spruce is easy to use and it makes communication with my Physician very convenient. I really appreciate Spruce because it actually WORKS. In the past we have tried many forms of video calls and those apps were not only difficult to use, they did not provide the clarity of both speech and video compared to Spruce. Thank you for creating the Spruce application.

As a patient and someone that can't drive temporarily, this has made appointments and communication with my doctor so much easier. I open the app about 10 minutes prior to my appointment time and have had no problems with video calls. Sending and receiving messages has also been quick and simple. I like the app so much that I plan to continue doing appointments this way even when I am able to drive and could go back to the office.

This is by far the best app, at least I think so, that has helped me communicate with my therapist weekly through video and the video is clear, the calls aren't glitchy, I get messages on time, the fingerprint log in is easy and never fails, the messaging system is just like texting, its just, it's what I've never known I'd like to use and needed but has been a saving grace in this weird time.

Full of bugs. Video calls only go through when patient has app open, otherwise, don't go through. Many times when a patient calls, goes straight to voicemail and phones don't ring. Customer support is truly non-existent with wait times of days to get simple answers that aren't helpful and answers that do not address the question. However, excellent for Internal communications, and features. Hopefully, they will improve.

Good overall. The promptness of the connection is great . Being extremely far away from person I'm connected with may have something to do with the extended connect? BC by the middle to end it seems a little broken, as with we don't both see each other or static sounding. They were far into the woods and I was approximately 80.miles away. So maybe that has something to do with it? But yes I like Spruce!

First telehealth appointment ever, provider listed detailed instructions on what to do (Spruce being one of them) and how to do it. Spruce was absolutely the easiest and simplest app to download, create an account, and use with my provider as instructed. Just open the app (auto signed in) and wait for the call! Video and audio were crystal clear, no interruptions or lagging either. 10/10

Like other reviewers, I wish the app had a fixed calendaring feature, so I didn't have to scroll all the way up to the beginning of a conversation to make an appt. I also wish I could address my concerns to different departments, instead of their being only one messaging box. Otherwise, no problems using and no dropped calls!

Much to use, especially with multiple devices, easier than another very similar and popular program. Luckily I have not had any dropped calls, video is pretty clear and sound is crisp, depending upon whether I am on Wi-Fi or if I'm at a decent refresh rate. I think this program has far less glitches, than the others out there like it. 👍👍
