I’ve been using Square Invoices: Invoice Maker for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you easily create and send invoices to your customers. Pretty solid if you’re a freelancer, contractor, or small business owner.
Here’s what you can do – you can quickly make invoices using their templates, track payment status, and even set up automatic reminders. There’s also a way to manage your cash flow and finances, which is pretty useful. Took me a bit to figure that part out, but now it’s a lifesaver.
Look, if you’re tired of the hassle of invoicing, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it gets the job done. Worth checking out if you need a simple, no-frills invoicing solution.

So here's my take on Square Invoices: Invoice Maker. I've tried a bunch of invoicing apps and this one's pretty solid, especially for the price (it's free!). The templates make it super easy to create professional-looking invoices, and the payment tracking is a game-changer. The financial management tools are handy too, though a little tricky to set up. Biggest downside is the interface can feel dated, and the app crashed on me a couple times. But overall, it's a reliable invoicing tool that works well for small businesses and freelancers.

I am missing sales money on here constantly. I had 2 sales today and both paid, only one showed up as paid and in the balance. It's a real pain...
Works as expected. Very easy interface. Predictable, reliable, consistent. No surprises. Good enough reports. Invisible updates. A standout among software I rely upon. And no distracting nag screens or advertising!
Great app, but.....why can I not mark invoices as paid when paid by cash, bank transfer etc? (Edit: Issue resolved) Currently have to log in to the website to do...
