So here's my honest take on Squeezy. I've tested a bunch of health and fitness apps, and this one is one of the better pelvic floor exercise apps I've seen. The guided workouts are actually pretty effective, and the reminders help make sure you actually do the exercises regularly. The tracking features are nice too. On the downside, it can get a little monotonous over time, and the free version has some annoying ads. But overall, if you need to work on your pelvic floor health, Squeezy is a pretty solid option in my experience.

Description

Been using Squeezy for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps women do pelvic floor exercises, which are super important for, you know, women’s health and stuff. Looked into it after my doctor recommended it. First impression is that it’s pretty solid – does what it says on the tin.

Here’s what you do: there’s a preset exercise plan that walks you through the pelvic floor workouts. It’s got visual and audio cues to guide you, and it keeps track of how many reps you’ve done. There’s also a feature to set reminders, which is useful since it’s easy to forget to do these exercises. Took me a while to figure some of that out, but it’s a pretty intuitive app overall.

Look, if you’re a woman looking to improve your pelvic floor health, you’ll probably like Squeezy. It’s not perfect – the exercise plans can get a bit repetitive after a while – but it does the job. Worth checking out, especially if your doctor recommended it.

Basic but does the job. Would be good if you could customise reminder times and if the reminder had more of an obvious presence so that you paid attention to...

Decided to go for it and downloaded this app and I'm not disappointed. Yes, you could set your alarm etc as per other reviews but I don't want the hassle...
