So here's my honest take on Squeezy Men. I've tested a bunch of health and fitness apps, and this one's pretty solid. The guided exercises are easy to follow, and I like how it tracks your progress over time. It's not the most polished app out there, but it gets the job done. And the fact that it was designed by actual physiotherapists is a big plus in my book. If you're looking to strengthen your pelvic floor, this is definitely worth a download.

Pros

  • Exercises are easy to follow with visual and audio cues
  • Lets you track your progress over time
  • Designed by real physiotherapists, not some random app dev
  • Reminders help you stay on top of your routine

Cons

  • Design is a little basic and could use some polish
  • Occasional bugs and crashes can be annoying
  • Might be overkill if you're just looking for a simple pelvic floor app

Been playing Squeezy Men for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps guys do pelvic floor exercises, which can help with stuff like premature ejaculation and incontinence. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of guided exercises you can follow along with, with visual and audio cues to make sure you’re doing them right. And it also has reminders to help you stay on track with your routine. And it keeps a record of your progress, which is kinda cool.

Look, if you’re dealing with pelvic floor issues or just want to stay on top of your health, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the design is a little basic and there are occasional bugs – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re in the market for a pelvic floor app.
