App is fine, very basic. Can’t recommend paying £3 for it… Read the free information on the NHS website, set reminders and use the stopwatch already on your phone – you don’t need an app! Questionable whether NHS should be actively recommending this.

Does more or less what it should BUT it is for an older version of Android so MAY not work properly on more recent versions. (Last app update was in 2017!) The hard-to-read grey text on a white background problem has still not been addressed since it was flagged up over 2 years ago. 26-Jan-2023: […]

Since the clock change to GMT, the alarms are all one hour out (reset them all and they are still based on BST). Only way to get them when I want them is to set them all an hour later. Other than that, a useful app post RP.

I was on my 7th slow squeeze when I accidentally swipe to quick. When I went back to slow it wants me to start from the beginning. Any chance it can be charge or an option be include to have it pause instead. TY

Useful app so long as you contact BBUK (Bladder & Bowel UK, who recommended this app to me) – they will send helpful pdfs describing the exercises in much more detail than in this app. Old reviews say they can’t read the app – this has been fixed now, as I have poor eyesight but […]

Excellent reminder that can be set up to suit individual requirements

Great idea poorly executed. The point of the app is to make doing the exercises easy and fuss free. I bought this fo reminders but unfortunately they are hit or miss. Some says the reminders work others they don’t come up on my phone.

The app is good and trainings are easy to follow, love the reminders which avoid you inadvertently missing the sessions, however it misses a star as it should be possible to allow it to draw/display over other apps, so that you could still use your phone whilst training

A useful app that has helped me prepare for my prostatectomy. Drops a star for the somewhat hard to read grey text and for the occasionally wayward reminders. At least the references to female anatomy appear to have been removed. No offence ladies but you’ve got your own app.

Great app, really helps out a lot and has been beneficial in training and strengthening my pelvic floor muscles. Only drawback is that the reminders for the exercise aren’t currently working for me so I’ll have to find out why. Overall, perfect!

The app helped immensely with establishing the routine and the reminders I needed for the exercises. Only criticism is there isn’t an option for a squeeze, hold and pulse exercise which is included in the exercise routine from my physio. Aside from that, good effort team.

Doesn’t always count the “squeeze” leaving the day count below the actual sessions completed. This is in spite of clicking ‘save’ on the finish tab. Also reminder only appears if you click on the App, not at the scheduled time so it’s not a reminder unless you actually remember

Overall functionality is variable; timers are sometimes erratic and it’s hit and miss if exercises are saved or not. Explanations and instructions are in small, light grey text on a white background & not resizeable and therefore illegible. Some text refers to female genitalia; sloppy QA. Other, free, ad-supported apps are as good if not […]

Have just downloaded App, so can’t comment yet on effectiveness. Found problem reading infomation (grey text on white background) not easy. However by copying text and then sending in email to self got round this as it displayed in black and could be easily read and printed if wanted a hard copy. Also can change […]

The app is great for reminding and doing the pelvic floor exercises, but it’s limited to only the Kegel exercises and not any other types. The reminders don’t happen at the set times unless you are using your phone at the moment. Sometimes the reminder dings _while_ you are actually doing the exercises! But I’m […]

I underwent a radical prostatectomy one month ago. This app is great for timing pelvic floor exercises and reminding you when they have to be done. The simple advice is also very helpful. It is a great app that fulfils a real medical need. The cost at £2.99 is very good value. Just what I […]

I really like it and don’t agree with a lot of the negative comments in the play store. The only improvement I’d suggest is to play a different tone at the end of a session so you don’t have to keep visually checking. Otherwise very handy app to have (and I managed to get it […]

Great in theory but it never actually sends notifications. I’ve reinstalled and cleared cache and restarted my phone and nothing helps. Please fix.

love the help, the information, the usability. Could be a lot better if the short squeeze would also have a vibrate setting like the long squeeze. Then you could switch the volume off or down and do the squeezing anywhere.
