Basic but does the job. Would be good if you could customise reminder times and if the reminder had more of an obvious presence so that you paid attention to it! Especially if using postpartum when you have a million things to do, it's easy to forget to actually do it. Dashboard is a little confusing too but ultimately its a simple app. I was hoping for the price that there would be other types of pelvic floor exercise examples on here too.

Ever since the recent update and redesign (which I really like by the way) I'm having two problems which have been identified by other reviewers. The first is that I am getting three notifications every time I am due to do the exercises, which is intensely annoying! The second is that I can't play music or a podcast etc on my phone whilst I'm doing the exercises. These exercises are good but boring to do silently! Hope you can sort this out.

Decided to go for it and downloaded this app and I'm not disappointed. Yes, you could set your alarm etc as per other reviews but I don't want the hassle of counting 10 lots of 10 second squeezes with a 10 second rest! Having the app has made it easier for me to keep up with the exercises. Simple to use, explanations to make sure your doing it right and a simple tracker to help make sure you complete your planned sessions. Setting up push notifications was easy and FAQ to help. Love it!

I was really sceptical about this app when I first heard about it & thought it wouldn't be necessary & all I needed to do was set reminders on my phone. I was wrong! It is great. It gives good guidelines how to do the exercises correctly, is useful keeping a log & of course reminders when to do them. My only criticism is when I got a new phone I couldn't see a way it would save my exercise log, so have lost two months of data!

This app is helpful for timing the exercises themselves, but the reminders/notifications are completely useless as they don't remind at the right times, and don't work at all half the time (especially if you miss an exercise session because it hasn't reminded you at the right time!). Not great for a paid app even though it was recommended by my midwife.

Bought this app after prostate cancer surgery (the male version wasn't available at the time). It has been excellent. The old app was great, and would have got 4/5 stars, but since the update you stops audio from other apps, so you cannot listen to music or podcasts while you exercise. This is a real issue as the music/podcasts helped encourage me to continue to do the exercises. Please fix this.

I really like how you can set reminders, select how many fast/slow exercises to do in each session, the interface of the app is simple. What's really annoying is that for some reason the reminders have just stopped working, even if i go into the app and 'turn them off and on again". So great to begin with but now annoying how its stopped reminding me even though reminders are set.

Great app! It works well at reminding me do the exercises, and also works equally well at helping me through them. This app has been great for keeping me on track to reach my goal. I enjoy seeing my achievements in the record section. Would be great if the progress circle and the numbers that count each squeeze were bigger. That way, I could see them without having to put my glasses on.

Following surgery, I was going to spend hundreds on a pelvic floor toner, until my physiotherapisy recommended this app. Easy to use. You can custom exercises to suit you and even set a handy alarm to remind you when to do them. It keeps a record of exercises completed, so you can review your progress. There is even a bladder diary included, if you need it. 5 out of 5.

This app really helped me build up the strength in my pelvic floor. My muscles have really kicked in. It takes 8wks of continuous exercises for the muscles to this! But now they have, it is easier to do. I can never remember without this app. It is so clever how it does the countdown.....you can do it anytime, anywhere! And no-one knows that you done it!!!
