Tried to log into my health to check in for my appointment, told me I needed to update the app. I tried to update the app, and it’s completely glitched out and I have now missed my appointment that I’ve been waiting 2 months for, and am likely going to have to wait 2 more […]

Ive updated my rating from 2 stars to four as the ap has had a lot of changes for the good. It now runs pretty seamless. I would still like to see the Dr.s notes have their own catagory. Currently I’ve not been able to access them except through clinking on a link in an […]
At least once, if not two or three times per session this asks you for precise location details. Questionnaire experience is pretty bad in terms of gatting progress behind medically unnecessary data harvesting, you are 100% asked all the same exact questions over the phone and in person. This is not a health care provider […]
Good app for adults without children. Once your child reaches age 12+, you cannot see their after visit summary or any referrals/tests ordered for their privacy. This would be fine if they could access it, but you can’t have an account until you’re 18. It’s very frustrating as I’m 17 so none of my family […]
This app reflects the unrivalled standards of the Stanford Healthcare organization. Its well designed In terms of layout and finding ones data is easy. The only issue is the difficulty in responding to messages as ones writing seems to float somewhere between 2 or 3 pages making it hard to complete the message.
This used to be a very useful app. In the last few weeks, it keeps crashing with the repeated message “Unfortunately, MyHealth has stopped” — even when I haven’t run it. If I do try to run it, it crashes immediately. Totally useless! Uninstalled.
First glimpse it looks like a nice and well thought out app. Once you try to use it, not so much anymore. When adding appointments to calendar, locations don’t get carried over and you can’t take screenshots. Makes it basically useless but on par with the service received from Stanford while trying to get your […]
Your app is much better than your in person service. After waiting for more than an hour, I was called, told I would not see my doctor for another hour or so in your vision clinic with Dr. Shue. This is a continual problem at this clinic. I travel from Sacramento to see Dr. Shue […]
The app is great for keeping up with appointments, checking test results, etc. Last week my battery on my phone started dying very quickly. I finally checked a few days ago and was surprised to find it was the Stanford My Health app draining it. I checked setting and made sure it shouldn’t be using […]
This app is AMAZING! I use it all the time. It has everything right at my fingertips. I can check my doctor appointments, look up my medications, look up test results, read the doctors notes of my visits, and I can send texts directly to my doctor. All of this takes seconds compared to waiting […]
Needs work. There’s no way to import multiple documents and send them to other recipients other than your main provider. App crashes like CRAZY. I’m LUCKY if I’m able to write a proper reply to my medical team (or billing) and send it before the app crashes, and I have to make MANY attempts to […]
Excellent app. All of my appointments are precisely detailed with date, time and office number. All test results are fully available for my viewing. All of my meds are listed with details and dosing instructions. I can refill my prescriptions through the app. The ability to communicate directly with doctors and staff members is easier […]
I just signed in for an appointment and the app was rough. It kept crashing on medication input, and then on pharmacy input. I was never able to add my pharmacy. Tried on my iPad and same issue. The question format is also a little restrictive for when I’m unsure of exact dates . It’s […]
Inferior to MyChart which they were using before. Can’t find a means to pay my bill online. It just say “go to the app” not where in the app. It’s not under billing. The statement says “go to the app”. Found a statement for $20 copay due. The cover under which the statement was found […]
need to show input so it can be verified
never have I ever gotten such a quick response from any of my primary doctors and or my specialist doctors. doctor d and Caitlin and their staff in Pleasanton Stanford are the absolute best
There’s supposed to be an appointments tab to reach any wait list offers per the directions for the android app, and yet there is no appointments tab. the search option also does not take the user any appointments location.
easy to navigate and great for my ability to communicate with the team at Stanford.
very good app to have, it could use some more features and things laid out a little clearer, but it’s pretty convenient also!
easy directions. especially for older people. It helps us navigate through our medical information and so much easier to get to someone that can actually help.
