It automatically signed me up for a 3 day free trial and then it charges 30 a year or 5 monthly. I hit x on that screen and it does seem pretty cool with the constellations and Mars etc, but not worth paying monthly or yearly for since I don't have time to stargaze like I did when I was younger. I uninstalling it now and checking to make sure it isn't going to charge me.
Warning!!! Read the fine print on this one as Play will just charge you for a year, over $80 without double checking that you want to keep this app the second the duration of the free trial expires. And if you contact them to explain that you never used the app and you appologize for the inconvenience, even after explaining you have mental health issue that effects their ability to recall even download it, seeing as you were looking for star WALK and not the app in question anyway, no. $80 gone.
I got the app thinking of wouldn't charge me $59 to test out. I believed the subscription was a lot less than that. I also meant to cancel the free trial before it charged me since I found I didn't like the service that much. For those reading this review go ahead an test it but cancel immediately after if you don't like it or don't wish to pay that amount.
This product feels like a scam. They will charge you for a YEARLY subscription while remaining inconspicuous about it - misleading you as a customer. I am awaiting a refund since I missed the free trial end period by a day. The product is not worth the 60 dollar charge for a year. There are other sources that are free and well worth paying more than this.
Did not work well with my phone, not as advertised. Canceled the day it was supposed to renew, but still was charged for the full year. Reached out that day for a refund, didn't receive a response. Reached out a 2nd time 2 weeks later and still nothing. Cheap app, with people who don't know what they're doing behind it.
What nonsense. If I can not see what features this app offers before subscribing and paying, why would anyone go ahead!!!
I DONT RECOMMEND this app to anyone! I had notifications off and for the longest I thought my phone had a virus BECAUSE OF THIS APP. I spent a week trying to figure out why my phone would randomly play a very specific song and vibrate non stop. It did not have an icon, a pop up, nothing. It would do it by itself without giving me a way to shut it off. So I started uninstalling all of the apps until I got to this one and one it was uninstalled the sounds stopped. This app will NEVER be on mine.
I've had a great experience using this app overall. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate, and the features work smoothly most of the time. It has made my tasks much more convenient and saved me a lot of time. I especially appreciate the quick response from customer support and the regular updates that keep improving the app. While there are still a few areas that could be refined.

I love the star gazing apps, they take up a huge chunk of space, but a few are worth it. This one provides pretty cool information, like all alike. But it's all about the graphics! It's supposed to be beautiful. . Constellations which are just handfuls of stars that were grouped together and imagined into familiar creatures or fables or objects. I wanna see them when I pan over on the app. I found geometric style was robbing me of that experience.Constellations are geometric in the first place
