I have really enjoyed this app there team kept me updated on an issue that I had were very helpful and polite cleared up my issue very fast have some really good books and a fair price compared to other apps I have used that cost alot just to read a few chapters

Good books. But the thing i appreciate the most is. I had forgotten to stop my subscription and had been charged again which was my mistake. I canceled after I had been charge with no expectations. But i was refunded. Thank you so much!!

Too expensive. I would love to read some of the books, but $16.99 is too expensive. And they don't give you long to read when you "exchange diamonds". I was in the middle of reading a good chapter and it went back to the buy screen. So disappointed.

It only gives 4 ten minutes of free reading... which takes 400 (100 for every 10 minutes of reading time) points for each cycle. Would be better if the stories accepted points or coins that the reader accumulated in the app from various tasks performed.

I tried to purchase the membership and they took my money but did not allow me access to the books. It kept saying I needed to get the membership but then said that I already had it and just kept the chapters locked. Garbage app. Too bad because the stories looked pretty good.

Bought coins to unlock my book that I wanted and when I closed out of the book, which was fully unlocked and I still had coins, opened the app to read this morning, the book reset all the way to the beginning of the book, relocked all the chapters and all my coins are gone. I can even prove that the money came out of my bank account to purchase the coins. Seriously, less than 24 hrs and I was really close to the end of the book and was hoping to find out if there was a sequel. Sequel=$$$.

Bait and hook.. 😒 Downloaded this app to finish a story advertised through Facebook. I watched the ads, gained the free time, and read daily. The first novel continued into a deeper story. At chapter 22 of the second novel, this app forces me to subscribe to premium, and pay to get the rest of my story?!? That was unexpected. I'm not going to get into any more novels on this app. Edited to respond: if there was going to be a charge to continue reading, there should have been a notations sooner

I appreciate the concept of a monthly subscription over a pay-per-chapter model. However, as I located in Indonesia, I find all the recommended novels are Indonesian novels from Indonesia author, with no option to change the language preference to English. You should let your user make the decision.

I do like some of the books I started to read. However, I'm not going to pay for them because they are full of typos and incomplete sentences. If there was a way to earn coins to unlock chapters, then it would be a great app. Unfortunately, there isn't, so I will be uninstalling.

This app started out great. I found a wonderful story to read and was enjoying how the app functioned. But as usual things tanked. I read 21 of 26 chapters. The last 5 chapters were held hostage unless I paid for the premium level, $17.00 a month. Nope, not gonna happen!

This isn't an app for free chapters! I'm uninstalling cause this app gave fake advertisement. That all chapters are free to read instead we have to pay. I give it a one star for false advertising. I have other apps that I only have to watch an add just to see the next chapter. Even ones to receive coins i rather give them a five star. But not this one!!

I thought about subscribing but the app is so sketchy, log in everyday, do tasks get free reading time chapter won't open, no response from admin ,the chapter stops when time runs out, can't go back and read previous chapters cause they re-lock. Sayes you can cancel subscription after a month or automatically bills at higher rate, no direct email that I can see so if it won't cancel and you can't contact them that leaves you at the bank cancelling your card and all the rigmarole entailed .

if pay yearly and can't use 1 is what i give it would 0 but you don't have don't buy this app called Google talked for 23 minutes and told me in couldn't help me had to get in touch with starrynovel myself back to2 only because finally got the truth google just doesn't care

I just earned 100 points but when I go to use them it says zero most of the time I earn points they don't show up I love to app but this is getting me to stop using it.

I like that you can read for free however I used my points and it doesn't leave the chapters I already read unlocked. I was nearly done with cheaper 12 and accidentally got closed out and didn't get to finish treating the last paragraph. now I have to use more points to unlock another chapter again.

I really tried to give this app a chance, but it's full of writing errors (considering they want $20/month) and severe inconsistencies in the stories. Most of the main characters in the stories lack character growth, and overall, I've seen better writing from 14-year-olds.

I like that they have a set monthly price for using this app, which makes it cheaper, plus it offers a good variety of books. I also like that it offers chances for free reading minutes by watching ads. However, I wish it would start the book where you left off instead of sending you back to the beginning of the last chapter you read (which wastes time since it starts timing as soon as you click the button) offered longer free reading times and didn't require subscription to finish reading book.

Meh- I like that you can pay one fee per month and read. It's incredibly frustrating that the app doesn't hold your place in the book. Nearly every time I open it, I have to scroll through 20-50 chapters before I find where I left off. I just opened the app to find it took my back to chapter 27. I left off on 74. I'm not sure the story is good enough to bother......yet again.

I was very excited for this app because paying a monthly fee to read as much as I want sounded wonderful. I came to this app to read one specific book. That specific book keeps directing me to purchase the membership, that I already have, and then tells me I already have it but still will not unlock the chapters. I've contacted support twice now with absolutely no response. About ready to just give up and cancel my subscription.

The app was ok when I first used it many months ago, then I canceled when I no longer had time to read. I went to resub on 9-23, and it would not let me read my book. It kept telling me I needed to click to subscribe. So I finally did...and it charged me again and still would not let me read! I figured it would extend the subscription, but NO, I now had 2 subs that were going to renew on 10-23. AND i still couldn't read my book. I gave feedback and no response. I'm done. Charged 2x for nothing.
