Been using STAT EM for a couple months now. It’s basically a medical calculator app with tools for healthcare professionals. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing. Here’s what you can do – there’s pediatric antibiotic dosing, adult emergency meds, and even neonatal resuscitation stuff. And it’s got updated algorithms and guidelines to keep you up to date. Took me a while to figure out some of the features but once I got the hang of it, it’s been really useful. Look, if you work in healthcare, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the subscription model is kind of annoying – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my take on STAT EM. I've tested a bunch of medical calculator apps and this one's pretty solid. The features are comprehensive and the info is up-to-date, which is important. And the interface is clean and easy to navigate, which is key for an app like this. On the downside, the subscription requirement is a bit of a bummer - I'd rather just pay a one-time fee. And there's a learning curve to get comfortable with all the different tools. But overall, if you need a reliable medical reference in your pocket, STAT EM is worth considering.
