Description
Been using Status Saver: Video Downloader for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you download videos and photos that your friends post as status updates. Pretty solid if you’re into that kinda thing.
Here’s what you do: you can browse through your contacts’ statuses and just tap to save the ones you like. And there’s also an auto-save feature which is pretty cool – it’ll automatically download new statuses as they go up. And if you’re worried about privacy, it does it all without your friends knowing.
Look, if you’re into saving and watching your friends’ status videos, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if that’s your thing.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Status Saver: Video Downloader. I've tested a bunch of these status saver apps and this one's actually pretty good. The auto-download feature is super convenient and it's nice that it's discreet. Downside is the interface feels a little outdated, and the constant ads can get annoying if you don't pay. But for a free app, it does what it promises pretty well.

This app works perfectly, I love the automatic download setup and you can link to watsApp direct from the status saver. It's a perfect one. Kudos to the team.
The advertisement for this app was that it was able to reveal deleted messages from someone, but testing the app out will make you realize that that is a false...
I can't get this app set up. Just get stuck in an endless loop of trying to give it permission and never see any viewed statuses. Don't waste your time...
