So here's my honest take on Step Tracker - Walk & Run. I've tested a bunch of fitness tracking apps and this one's pretty solid. The automatic step counting works well, even when your phone is just in your pocket. I also like the goal-setting and data visualization features. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of some other apps, but it gets the core job done reliably. Only real downside is the annoying ads, but you can pay to remove them. Overall, a really nice option if you just want a simple, no-frills pedometer.

Description

Been using Step Tracker – Walk & Run for a couple months now. It’s basically a pedometer app that tracks your steps, distance, and calories burned. Pretty solid if you’re into health and fitness apps.

Here’s what you do: just put your phone in your pocket and start walking. It’ll automatically track your steps, even when the app is closed. There’s also a way to set daily step goals, which is pretty cool. And you can see all your activity data in nice graphs – takes a while to figure that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re trying to get more active and lose some weight, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the ads can be kind of annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
