The app doesn't work on the pixel 8. The app crashes after opening. It only stays open for about 30 seconds and there is no way to contact stocktwits. When you go to contact us, there is no way to get help from customer service. It is a useless loop of trouble shooting that is completely irrelevant. It should be illegal for a business to have no customer support/service especially when you were a paying customer.

Update... After more than a month, they got it fixed, and the ads are gone. Not a bad deal for them getting my fee plus ad revenue. ........ I'm still seeing ads even after buying ad free. Also linked account is showing wrong amounts. While I am bitching very poor links to major international indexes. After ST reply I sent everything you asked for over 2 weeks ago but I am still seeing ads.

This app helped me tap into a wealth of social stock knowledge that was fresh and up to the minute. In addition you get insight on how other traders are thinking and what their moves are. My learning curve was accelerated tremendously because of Stocktwits. I made 500k in in 3 months after being on the app for a little over a year and Stocktwits had a lot to do with that.

This app constantly doesn't update. Most of the time when I open it, it is unable to connect to the servers. There is a bunch of people that keep trying to hype the stocks they own without any real news. The charts dont update quickly and sometimes have to wait awhile. Good when it works but definitely needs more maintenance on this with how many people use it

StockTwits is a lot of fun. Sometimes you'll find nuggets of good information but it's mostly for entertainment. Do your own DD. I gave only a three star rating because I'm having a persisting problem with the ap switching from dark mode back to light mode. Did a reinstall and same problem after about a week. If they can fix it, then it is a 5 star app. If you pay for data be careful, this app sucks data. I only use on Wi-Fi.

Picked up a new phone a few days ago. Downloaded the app on the new phone and can't find my old username and password. Will not allow me to sign in. Emailed customer service twice and can't get a response. Good luck! UPDATE: Customer service just got back to me. I now have access to the app again. Missed this app a lot when I didn't have access. Excellent app for traders and investors.

decent app, I dont like to complain about apps that are free to use. The only thing that can be a problem is the watchlist. It doesn't save your custom sort. 3/30/22, after using it for several months, I stopped using it and uninstalled. Its performance is not consistent, it is laggy and will close itself. Technically, there are other apps out there that have more features and stable. It is mainly a social media app. Though its quite entertaining to read posts between bears and bulls.

Used to be great. At the moment I cannot sign in or access my watch list. This dev cannot fix the dark mode bug to save his life! Recent updates have caused messages typed to never be posted, they just vanish. GIFs in feeds are extremely slow to load or don't load at all. App is complete garbage now and I'm paying $7.99 per MONTH for no ads!!! Zero stars if I could. Hire someone new because you're quickly moving in the wrong direction.

Loading time after the new update is soooooo slow. Better to use it from the website til that gets fixed. Also, the app is full of trolls (there is little to no moderation), the charts are moderately useful, the "fundamentals" aren't very in depth, and the prices are behind the market. Still good for getting/sharing information if you can weed out the troll comments.

Revised.... Best app!!. Thanks for updating whatever that it was that wouldn't allow me to log in. I have had an account for over a year and all of a sudden on my tablet, my watch list is empty and can't log into my account on my phone. Is something going on with this app??? I have tried numerous times to log in, but seems to be an app issue. Have contacted support yesterday, but no response.
