I paid for VIP and the app will not recognize the progression for viewing dramas without asking for coins. Have to Aug 5, 2025, but can't view with VIP status

I have been collecting bonus points daily for the last while building up for a new story. Those bonus points keep disappearing. I haven't found a story I like yet so I have been waiting. I have not used points but yet they are diminishing.
