I paid for VIP and the app will not recognize the progression for viewing dramas without asking for coins. Have to Aug 5, 2025, but can’t view with VIP status

I have been collecting bonus points daily for the last while building up for a new story. Those bonus points keep disappearing. I haven’t found a story I like yet so I have been waiting. I have not used points but yet they are diminishing.

episodes keep freezing, even as a paid “vip” member, some of the subtitles don’t work or are cut off.

you have to pay to unlock every drama you want to watch. its not like others where you can watch ads or earn coins. they have some stories that i would like to watch but its not worth it to waste a bunch of money on stories

there were technical issues with the interpretation. most of the wordings weren’t didn’t show when they were speaking. I sent a message while viewing but never received a response.
