So here's my honest take on Straightaway Powered by Mapbox. I've tested a bunch of navigation and route planning apps and this one's pretty darn good. The automatic address recognition is a game-changer, saves so much time compared to manually entering stops. And the Mapbox integration means you're getting reliable directions. Not gonna lie, the free version has some annoying ads, but it's still usable. Compared to some other options out there, I'd say Straightaway is one of the better route planning apps, especially for delivery folks. Worth giving it a shot if you're in that line of work.

Description

Been using Straightaway Powered by Mapbox for a couple months now. It’s basically a route planning app for delivery drivers – you can plan and optimize your delivery routes, add stops by snapping photos, and navigate to all your destinations. Pretty solid app if you’re into delivery work or just running a bunch of errands around town.

Here’s what you do: you can just take a picture of an address or multiple addresses and the app will automatically add them to your route. There’s also a map view where you can drag and drop stops around. And the navigation is great – it uses Mapbox so the directions are super reliable. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re a delivery driver or just someone who’s always on the road, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need a solid route planning tool.

Almost good. The app couldn't figure out half of the addresses. It would usually settle for another adress that would be in another state. I would try to fix it,...
