So here's my honest take on StrongLifts Weight Lifting Log. I've tested a bunch of fitness apps and this one's definitely one of the better ones. It's super simple to use but also powerful enough for serious lifters. The automatic weight increases are a game-changer, and I like how it takes the thinking out of your workouts. The only real downside is the interface can feel a bit dated at times, but it's not a dealbreaker. Overall, a really solid app if you want to get stronger without all the fluff.

Been using the StrongLifts Weight Lifting Log for a couple months now. It’s basically a fitness app that helps you track your workouts and progress. Pretty solid if you’re into strength training and want to get serious about lifting.

Here’s what you do: you just log your reps and sets for each exercise, and the app keeps track of your progress. There’s also a built-in workout program you can follow, which is pretty cool. And it has this feature where it automatically increases the weights for you – took me a while to figure that out but it’s super useful.
