And you’ll get questions and detailed explanations on why the answers are right or wrong. There’s also a flashcard mode and a simulated test mode. It’s got everything you need to get ready for the big exam.
Look, if you’re studying to be a private pilot, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the simulated tests can get a little repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you need to pass that written exam.

So here's my take on Study Buddy (Private Pilot). I've tested a bunch of study apps and this one's pretty good. The learning mode is super helpful - I like how you can focus on specific topics. And the explanations are really detailed, which is key for passing the FAA exam. The simulated tests are good practice too, though they can get monotonous after a while. Overall though, I'd say it's one of the better pilot study tools out there. Definitely worth downloading if you're prepping for your private pilot's license.
