I like the app, but not the intrusiveness or inability to silence the app while I sleep. It wakes me every night between midnight to 5AM. PLEASE allow us to silence the app when Do Not Disturb is on. Or I will have to uninstall it.

It should not be required to have access to my media, files, and folders. Privacy intrusive. I should have the option to not allow that. Lost another costumer.
Deleted immediately after installing. The app required permissions for music, photos, and audio which is too much for a shopping app. When I refused those permissions, the app force closed. Super suspicious.
the new UI is quite chaotic, I highly recommend to show all the brands in the brands section, I don't care about the first 9, I want to see them alphabetically
Yayayay didn't really trust this app at first but I decided to order because I wanted to try a skincare I saw on tiktok! My skin is dewy and glass like omg!!! Also really fast shipping 🥰🥰🥰 slay 💯 ❗️AND THE REASON THEY'RE PROBABLY ASKING WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD THE APP TO GIVE PERMISSION FOR AUDIO AND CAMERA IS BECAUSE THATS HOW YOU REVIEW when you review a product you bought you can show a video audio and photo that's why!! ❗️ yall are grown alduts, yall should know and think better 😒😒
Can't even run the app without allowing access to my camera and photos? I understand not being able to leave a photo in a product review, but refusing to launch altogether is wild... I enjoy the website, but I won't be getting the app.
Really good interface, easy to shop and navigate the website. For anyone concerned about the app wanting to access storage and media, it's likely for if you upload photos for reviews from your phone camera.
The worst ever let's not talk abt the shipping price which is more expensive than my order, every time I open this app I can't help but get Mad it's so slow and it's poorly made why making an app if u can't make it work?? Stylekorean do better please!!
5 days, It is have been 5 days from the time I have placed my order, yet is still in the preparation stage, in their policy it should take maximum 3 days, but here I am, still waiting any updates from them about my order, ofc I have opened an inquiry about my order 2 days ago but they didn't answer up until now, the customer service really lacking. This being my first order from this website, I am extremely disappointed of this experience
I haven't used this app for a while, and when I tried to access it now it asked permissions to access camera, files and media. Clearly too much for a shopping app, and it won't even open without these permissions. I guess I won't be using this app anymore.

love that they have a app and StlyeKorean. i find it Super easy to use and order from. I Love my k-beauty skincare and i take it very serious. On top of the app being easy to navigate style Korean always has deals and fast shipping. Also if you're a fer of the company you Should Check out their youtube Channel. I've found brands,products,information that i probably wouldn't havefound Or been introrested in if ithadn't been for them talking about it. Also they have all the brands i wanted. 10/10
I've been trying to make a purchase for about two weeks now and neither purchasing options will take my transaction. I then tried to contact StyleKorean but there's no way to talk to anyone. I have enough money in my account so it's not because of that. I never had any issues prior so it's really disappointing that I'm giving a 1 star for now.
This app ui experience hideous ! I have been trying to log in with my already existing account, but it still pops a window about singing up. And when I try to sing up, it says I have an account. I really like the product selection that si being offered by stylekorea, but they need to check their both web and mobile apps. They are buggy
Seems like an amazing app with a variety of good products but when I went to purchase I was found with a 20 dollar shipping fee for only a few items. I understand having to ship things from out of country can be costly but when the shipping fee costs more than the amount of products I would be receiving is just not in my budget or interests.
This is the worst app I hve ever came across my entire life time of living, i keep putting my password and it say it's wrong am like ok let me press forgot the password such that i can reset the password, guess what! No it still won't accept the temporary password that the customer service sent, a total waste of time, my followers keep complaining they can't check out using my link, i tried placing an order using my link, experienced the same problem it doesn't allow you to log in/sign in, fb😡
Absolutely the worst experience of my life with this app. Already the app Itself is poorly made and the customer service is terrible!! I have bought a couple of items and they were never delivered to me. I asked for assistance about the address problem and they contact the shipping company and they did delivered to the wrong house. Honestly, I have tried to contact the shipping company directly to change the small error I made, I wasn't able to get assistance. I didn't get refunded or credit.🤬
can't see the name of all the brands now. so if I have forgotten the name of the brand, I can't even find it anywhere on the app! this will be hard to find items of interest
Only giving review based on their website. Will update after experiencing the app, but regardless, the first experience was bad at all. Though the shipping did delay, but they had let me know through email. After it was officially shipped, it arrived relatively on time. Considering it's a long way from Korea to Saudi Arabia for me. The shipping is only free after a certain amount but I figured it out and got free delivery. The packaging was good, everything was securely packed.
