This app is great, its not meant for phone speakers. Its meant more for external speakers (headphones, bluetooth speaker, car speaker etc.) Been using it for 5 years now and it gets the job done although id reccomend sticking with the free version, not much of a difference with the paid version.

Nice app when it’s working (deep bass is superb) but there were times that it doesn’t work on any player and you need to close and open the app several times to work again. It also decreases the normal volume of the player, both on stereo subwoofer system and Bluetooth headphones.
