This app continues to fail to open. Login is hit or miss. Several attempts to log in and finally gave up. Unable to create a new login. Received email stating that $.03 savings are available, but can't use it. I've tried 4 times using the app, but not working...paid full price instead. Too much of a hassle to bother anymore! Please fix.

So I got a new phone and need to put sunoco card into it. Should be easy it worked fine in the last app right! Nope entered all the information and the verification code and don't work, click here to call, or calls someone who can't help who then transferred me to someone else who can't help who will send it to someone who will get back to me at some point in time. 3 more calls, bounced through 16 more agents and 2 more hours and no luck, card is in the shredder app deleted acct closed!

The app doesn't work anymore. Ever since I got my new phone about a week ago it just glitches out at the login screen tells me it's unauthorized or it will say too many attempts have been made. I just now tried to uninstall and reinstall it but now all the app does is glitches out when you try to login and just like somebody else's comment it says they tried contacting customer service and it glitches there too; well, same here.

Can't add Sunoco Rewards credit card to app, says wrong verification code though it"s rightt per text, got a new cc with new#, and same problem when trying to No one in customer service knows what they're doing, you get a run around transferring you from number to number even to the fraud department, and then they say they can see the card on the app but I can't, then they say they can't remove it but we can't remove it and we can't see it on the app and on and on and on I spent over two hours.

Immediate turn off is the inability to not stop the constant request for location access. I don't need to give it to you for mobile pay because I'm not doing mobile pay I downloaded it because a new store opened in town and I was willing to try it out. 6 times I had to close out a location services request. You don't need it, so allow it to be turned off or at least add a do not show again option.

Had to change my cards because the ones linked to this app were being used in another state. Right after this, they had a very long downtime. I think they were breached and information was stolen, but users weren't notified. Then my account got locked so I contacted them and all I was told is my account will remain locked with no reason why. Not worth the hassle and terrible customer service.

Card never connects to app when changing phones without a phone call to customer service. Rarely works when you finally get to a gas station. When you click the button in the app to call customer service for the issues above, it puts you through to general customer service who then needs to transfer you to the specific department who may or may not help you. And you always need to reverify yourself with every new associate. Oh, and the answer is usually call again tomorrow.

I would give 5 stars BUT I went to a sunoco and the "pay at pump" wasnt working, so I chose the "pay inside" option that it gives you In the app... well I went in and showed the clerk the code the app said needs to be scanned n it didnt work n both clerks said they couldnt help me with it, that it wasnt actually an option.. also I like going to the sunoco that is in my very small town (otherwise i have to drive over 7 miles to the next one) but they said the app hasn't worked there in months!!

Just because someone can develop an app, didn't mean the company can support it. I went 30 minutes out of my way to get to a sunoco where I could use the app, as listed on the map on the app. Once I got there, that station didn't support it EVEN THOUGH they also had a poster advertising the app there. Tried two other times, but couldn't find a participating station. Delete.

updated 05/30/20. app worked but I am not going to be using it. had to pay the credit price which was $0.10 more than the cash price. EXXON/MOBIL charges the same price for cash or credit. during setup it would not send me a verification code to my phone number. tried 4 times. number is correct. had to use somebody else's to set up the app.

Used to work... Now it's a POS app. They deleted the login with your Google account and now my account is stuck. The "forgot password" feature doesn't work, at least on pixel 8. You click and it just glitches out. theres also seems to be no way to do the forgot password on anything but the app. Clicked on contact customer service and same thing happens. When you try to submit it just glitches and does absolutely nothing. I guess they just don't want our money...

Good News/Bad News I never like having to prepay in store. Always guessing how much I need to pay to fill tank. This app is convenient and takes all the guesswork away and is great. Unless I am missing something...hope I am, credit price is ten cents more than cash price. So I am not saving $.03 per gallon. Only paying $.07 instead of $.10. So for convenience I am paying more? Have to link a card to the app. Please tell me I am missing something!

App has not worked for days and not all stations were accepting it. When I was able to use the pay function with my bank account the 13 cents off per gallon was great. I hope the developer wakes up to smell the roses and implements a fix. Otherwise, we all go to Shell or Citgo. Update 5/23/24: somehow I was able to get it to login and show the main screen.

Once upon a time I loved this app being able to just pull up to the pump and click which pump I'm at, pump gas and go.... butttt, it's been over a month now and I have NOT been able to sign in to use the app at all!!! It just keeps popping up saying try again. It won't even let me contact customer service. I keep checking every week if it's usable again but same old "TRY AGAIN" error message once again, so I finally caved and am leaving a BAD REVIEW in hopes for a solution to my issue!!

Oh well, great app, but a bad policy. I used the app a few times. Loved it. Then I found out you can only pay at the pump once every 24 hours. I drive a ton of miles, and sometimes have to fill up a 2nd time before my night is done. I explained this to customer service, but they had a "that's just the way it is " attitude. I tried the ConocoPhillips app. Just as good as the Sunoco app, but no limit on use. Plus I save $0.10 to $0.15 per gallon. Suncoast has lost a very loyal customer.

App was great but has not worked for a month due to "failure to authenticate" and apparentlybthere is no other way to scan your number to get the discount. All PA turnpike stations are Sunoco so you are stuck without the discount is you need to fill up. Reinstalling to see if it works but a major hassle, clearly is a know but unaddressed issue, and has cost me money.

Garbage app. I'm writing this review as I'm pumping gas. I've tried to use this app multiple times at multiple locations and the app doesn't work and says I need to be closer to the location when I'm at the gas station. I'm supposed to save 3 cents per gallon but it only worked ONCE. It frustrates me to a point where I'd just fill elsewhere. Update: it still sucks. It won't let me log in. It's such a waste of time to save 3 cents off a gallon. It's just a gimmick to get you to download this app

Pulled up the app at the pump. Message tells me to use another form of payment due to system errors. So... I have your app that doesn't work the majority of the time! No 3¢ off per gallon and if it isn't recorded twice a month you lose the discount. Thanks but no thanks, I'll buy my gas at Sheetz! No app, cleaner stores, more variety and price is cheaper!

Update: App has been fixed and works again! Very convenient to save money and be able to pay from the phone. | Old review: App used to work well and was good, but suddenly, it won't let me log in or reset my password. Every time I try to submit info by clicking a button, it begins to work but then stops. I even tried to submit feedback in the app, but when I selected "Submit," the text of the button moved, but nothing happened!

Gave it 1 Star in 2019 due to bugs, Tried it again in 2022 and got it working, worked well for a couple years, Really liked it. Got a new phone in 2025, it won't let me log in, I push the buttons, it just flashes or spins. Contacted customer service, they sent me basic troubleshooting which didn't work. Gave them detailed info on what I did (installed, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, etc no change) never heard back, still can't log in, now on either phone. hire some real programmers already!
