Awesome customer reps, and honest in their dealings with customers and prospective clients. I highly recommend Sunrun if you wish to go solar.

This app is a disappointment. Major problem is that it does not tell you if your solar system is working properly or sending data in a timely manner. You figure it out only days later when you go check physically if the blue light on the inverter is still on. How about a real-time notification if something is not working fine?

this app has everything. Except for notification when panels need cleaning.

it's been great. I would like to be able to compare recent outputs going back to when it was installed. I would like to see if the system is standing up to time or degrading.

The app is not working right, checking up total production at noon, at 02.00pm, at 04.00pm and at 06.00pm it shows only 1.0 or 1.4 for well over two months now. This app is fake

Sunrun, I don't know if you only have this page for positive replys to your company. in my case I am very dissatisfied with your system, when we signed for it we were told we would pay $168.00 plus $4 by Luma monthly, it's been over a year and our payments that used to be $219 -239.00 monthly have increased to $239 - 299.00 monthly this what we signed for a larger bill. Which are my possibilities to remove them before going to my lawyers please advise. I need your reply asap. Thanks.

App is 80% of the time disconnected from the system, and only has limited information.

SunRun app vs Tesla app vs NetZero app. The SunRun app is the worst. NetZero app is nice, and there's a web app version. NetZero also has the ability to download historical data from my Powerwall in batch mode. The Tesla app provides access to VPP settings. However SunRun VPP is ignoring my settings, and the SunRun app lacks the ability to set the VPP participation level.

I truely regret getting solar. I think it's overrated, aand way over priced. I think I let my facination about getting off the grid, (which is a lie) cloud my judgement.

Much better than the previous app. The information is mostly the same but the optics of the app are much nicer.

Junk. I have been trying to log into my account to determine performance for several weeks but cannot. I get taken to a get started site for new customers. Incompetent developers and unusable app.

App disconnected from the solar panels for about 3 months. But as of today, it is now reconnected. Changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars. Hopefully no other issues.

My savings has been everything I had hoped for. Besides my frequent email telling me how my system is doing, I get 2,3 phone calls a year just to check in with me and make sure if I have any questions concerns or any account details. I regularly talk to friends and family about them switching to solar, and highly recommend Sunrun. 😃

Used it for a year, ok. It locked up 2 days ago at 5%. Called support twice, usless. They told me it was cell coverage and other BS. Finally reloaded the app, it works again I think. For Android. Kayocera phone.

disappointed with the chatnow w/reps . everything is halfway decent except for the texting/chat part. the chat feature is downright awful. the scrolling feature is not good at all. bump the phone and it can send you back to the beginning. i wonder if the chat feature works better on PC. muuuch better off calling and waiting for a human on the phone. if there's an error in billing. call it in. the app won't fix it. whomever or team designed this app should be ashamed of themselves

Old app provided more information on my system. New app does give a breakdown on power. Doesn't tell me what was used to charge my battery, how much I exported, how much I imported, how much I used. It also doesn't provide any info on my battery that is part of the system. Thank goodness the old app still works. The new one is pretty, but useless to me.

The lies are exponential with sunrun and they refuse to do anything about it. Difficult to use, hard to read, no real breakdowns of anything just a bunch of bad bar graphs so compressed together it's hard to read. Can only go by presets of day, week, month and year, and not by billing period. Does not really update real time and seems to not be very accurate in it's readings compared to others.
