they book through expedia and your reservation with the hotel comes from expedia. so when there is an issue with your booking you won't get any help. I do not recommend these scammers. they got me Once with wrong day booking and said it was me, so I said ok maybe I messed up. then they did it too me again. and they won't change dates or anything because you won't pay the extra fee. even with all the other sites they will let you make changes within 24 hours. so I don't recommend, don't book

These apps are really getting us big time. I know I'm not the only one, I for one have nearly every type of cash advance app and this one didn't even work! Just put me in this loop, kind of like when you try to get a personal loan and just get sent to website after website saying they found offers but the offers they found are just offers for more offers that offer more offers and you get no where. I really don't want to ask someone close for money but the cycle needs to stop for me, bad.

BEWARE BEWARE!!! They want a $15 membership fee upfront while leaving you without full access to all benefits of the membership! It will not link my bank account. Conveniently, it charged my debit card without any issues! I have tried multiple times. I've even uninstalled the app and installed it again. It's definitely giving SCAM! UPDATE : After a phone call with their technology team, I was able to link my bank account through my browser, and I was approved for a cash advance.

I have a screenshot of hotel I thought I was booking with. I submit the payment, get verification of booking confirmation for totally different hotel. Tried calling customer service, waited 27 minutes & no one picked up. Called back 2 more times, same thing. Now stuck with a $262 hotel I didn't even book. unreal. Will never use this site again.

Better experience this time as compared to when it was operating under a different name several years ago. The app feels very scammy with tons of offers at every turn. Their 5 day free trial of Super+ is a total scam. There was an error on my booking and no way to correct it. Canceling Super+ was probably as difficult as they could make it. New name, but same awful company.

DECEPTIVE AND DECEITFUL. Advertises cash advance before you sign up on the home page. As soon as you sign up and the membership fee (15/mo) is forced on you, the button for cash advance conveniently disappears from anywhere in the app. That is, unless you ALSO sign up for their credit builder card. If you're struggling and just need some extra help until payday, AVOID this app. It will do you absolutely no good... after swindling you for some cash of course.

edit: they also sign you up for their super+ membership by default if you book anything through them, another 15$ robbed. these guys are just scammers. do not use their services. 80$ down the drain. I booked a room for this past weekend, I arrived at the hotel, and they told me I don't have a booking. turns out my booking was for some random date in November. I've never mis booked a room before. Non-existent customer service, AI chat bot just tells me tough luck. would not recommend.

I was charged for the Super+ membership at $15.00 without ever signing up. Also, I had not used the app for days when I was notified they charged my account. The charge also came in on the weekend when their call centers were closed. This seems predatory. I declined the Super+ every time I was asked, a long with the several extra offers they throw at you to get you to accidently agree. I was not charged for super+ until days not using the app

Absolutely horrible. I tried to get the advance, and I put everything in correctly, only to say my information couldn't be verified multiple times. then, when I tried to cancel my membership, the app bugged on me to where I couldn't, and it still charged me since I could never end the membership.

the idea of this app is great and while you can make some extra money by earning it... the games that say you can make quite a bit of money on are... pretty much a myth. it seems doable in the beginning then you will undoubtedly need to purchase extra things in the game only to realize it's a vicous cycle where you spend a little, then each level it's virtually impossible to achieve major money without at times putting in massive money. you end up trying to make up for the money you put in.
