the app is seamless and amazing just one thing tho.. i would love if the application had two options of dark mode and Amoled dark mode it would look amazing, i understand it's just a transaction tracking application for QI cards but that would make the experience much better in my opinion, thank you Devs for the amazing refreshed application.❤️

I can't activate biomimetics to ease up my transaction cause it always asks for a face verification with a plain background which is really inconvenient like hell plz fix this cause the other app is down now and we have to use this

والله تطبيق فاشل الاصدار الي قبله افضل ،هذا التطبيق لايمكن فيه اضهار البطاقات كلها ،اضافة الى ميزة التعرف على الوجه لا تستجيب بسهوله ،وفريق الدعم غير متعاون ،ادز ا استفسار ولا يوجد رد the application is a failure. The previous version is better. This application does not allow you to display all the cards. In addition, the face recognition feature does not respond easily, and the support team is not cooperative. I asked a question and there is no response.

I gave 4 stars because it's not necessary to hide all cards balance and there is no totall balance

need more features, especially notifications for payments through WhatsApp or sms.

REMOVE THE FACE CAPTURE FEATURE WHENE OPENING THE APP, ITS BUGGY AND FAILS MOST OF TIMES , ITS ANNOYING!!! FINGERPRINT IS ENOUGH!

Very annoying application.. Very misleading lists .. the verification method is just a real touture! But you have no other alternative if you are one of the unlucky rafidain customers

This app doesn't appear in the list of app notifications in the settings, so doesn't send notifications. Problem when installed on another phone with different SIM than that the app is linked to. Please solve.

Nobody asked for this super app nonsense. A banking app should stay a banking app. Now it's more confusing to use, especially for old people, and it isn't as straightforward. Either provide a separate banking app or make the old Qi app available for use.

customer service is a big zero, i have been trying to contact anyone but there was no response.

Stopped working after june 12 update. i opened the app as always to make a payment, it asked me to update the app and that's it, it doesn't work after the update and the update is mandatory. I can't make my payment today, also the app became very annoying with face authentication required with every single transfer maki63 stars a fair review.

please fix the notification issue, there is zero notifications on this app (transactions especially) even though it is enabled from both the app and the phone.

no support at all , they'll keep telling you to call the customer service Number and when you try to call them no one will answer you , beside that their customer service work until 10pm , so if you in situation that your credit card not working at 11pm you have to wait till next day to fix the problem that you're facing .

its so bad👎 they do errors and wont do refund i tried to connect them but they didnt speak in english and when i tried to type in arabic translation i couldnt use copy paste in the app nor you could screen shot to show them the issue nor were they patient to stay on the line with me to tell them the issue in Arabic language they were very impatient and did not answer my requests. 👎👎

this app simply doesn't work and the worst part? the old app is forcing me to use this , so now I don't have access to my credit I called this stupid company too many times they always say it's a common problem we will fix it next update, 3 months later , still no acess

it does not work , when adding the card number for the first time and it ask for phone number confirmation then it ask for a picture but at the end it only says something wrong happen the operation failed , tried out more than 3 times it still not give any information about how to fix it or why does the operation fails

overall good app. 3 stars because balance on card is always hidden, that's an unnecessary incontinence. purchase transactions do not show instantly under the card and you must go so many steps to see purchase history (ideally on home screen). Wallet feature also created so much confusion as transfers go there first.

The app used to work fine, but from v1.0.28 to v1.0.37 the app crashes instantly upon opening on Galaxy S8+ Android 9. EDIT: still won't work after the latest updates. instant crash. EDIT 2: Can't believe a simple logcat inspection would give the issue right away, yet devs are lazy to figure it out. The issue is due misconfigured API libs calls (requesting new APIs of newer Android versions 10+ from older version 9)
