the app is seamless and amazing just one thing tho.. i would love if the application had two options of dark mode and Amoled dark mode it would look amazing, i understand it's just a transaction tracking application for QI cards but that would make the experience much better in my opinion, thank you Devs for the amazing refreshed application.❤️
I can't activate biomimetics to ease up my transaction cause it always asks for a face verification with a plain background which is really inconvenient like hell plz fix this cause the other app is down now and we have to use this

والله تطبيق فاشل الاصدار الي قبله افضل ،هذا التطبيق لايمكن فيه اضهار البطاقات كلها ،اضافة الى ميزة التعرف على الوجه لا تستجيب بسهوله ،وفريق الدعم غير متعاون ،ادز ا استفسار ولا يوجد رد the application is a failure. The previous version is better. This application does not allow you to display all the cards. In addition, the face recognition feature does not respond easily, and the support team is not cooperative. I asked a question and there is no response.
I gave 4 stars because it's not necessary to hide all cards balance and there is no totall balance
need more features, especially notifications for payments through WhatsApp or sms.
REMOVE THE FACE CAPTURE FEATURE WHENE OPENING THE APP, ITS BUGGY AND FAILS MOST OF TIMES , ITS ANNOYING!!! FINGERPRINT IS ENOUGH!
Very annoying application.. Very misleading lists .. the verification method is just a real touture! But you have no other alternative if you are one of the unlucky rafidain customers
This app doesn't appear in the list of app notifications in the settings, so doesn't send notifications. Problem when installed on another phone with different SIM than that the app is linked to. Please solve.
Nobody asked for this super app nonsense. A banking app should stay a banking app. Now it's more confusing to use, especially for old people, and it isn't as straightforward. Either provide a separate banking app or make the old Qi app available for use.
