I paid for a years subscription and realized I got the wrong app and canceled subscription they never refunded my money. it took me three days to cancel the subscription. they are nothing but scam artists and go not honor cancel anytime. I also emailed them three times about it. the day that I subscribed to it three days later and then about a week later and still not seen my refund. scam scam artists

Promised free evaluation period. instead, immediately charged my card for "subscription purchase". Worse, the app setup process implies it works for my cameras...but it does not! I contact their Customer Support. No response! Not worth the hassle for me. Requested refund from Google. full refund a few days later.

why won't Google do something about this app it's a criminal interprise first they trick you, then they lie, then then they steal your money. DO NOT put this app on your device there are better options. its impossible to use the free version so they force you into the free trial which i would have never gotten at all if I could've avoided it. Whatever you do don't signed up for the trial it will charge you before the trial ends. They charged me $49 two days into the trial period. Avoid this app.

I've been looking for something like this for a long time to keep an eye on the house while I'm at work. Installation took a couple of minutes, the interface is intuitive. The video quality is excellent, even in the dark everything is visible. It is very convenient that you can receive notifications about movement. Now I am calm about my home! I recommend it to anyone who wants to keep abreast of what is happening, even when they are far away

I mistakenly ordered a subscription and need a refund. This is not the system I thought it was. It says "Cancel any time". However they say subscriptions are handled through Google Play.

So I was curious to see how this app stacked up against its competitors and while the camera resolution is much clearer even on a low setting, the pop up to upgrade comes up like every 5 seconds. No thank you. I get the need to have a subscription or even some adds every now and then. It was too much. Even if I did like it better than the others, I will never give in to a bug-a-boo. The app itself has a simple interface and it's easy to navigate but that pop up man... I got PTSD now from it 😂

SCAM! Charged my card for free trial. I canceled my subscription within hours of signing up for the free trial, but they charged me anyway. When I called the phone number, there is a recording that says they don't take phone calls. Went to the website, which indicated that in 2-3 months they will consider my refund. SCAM! This app doesn't work with the cameras I purchased.

I have made many attempts from 3 minutes after I thought I was trialing for 3 day or week or whatever it was and bam straight away I was charged the full yearly amount and 3 minutes later I realised I couldnt even use the app what so ever cause it only does something that I cant or domt have the equiptment for after many times trying to get hold of someone to get it rectified. 10 minutes after I was falsely led to a trail. 3 weeks later and now im hoping this gets someone's attention. yeah right

BEWARE! THERE IS NO TRIAL PERIOD! After subscribing I quickly realized it wasn't the correct app for ASOS. I immediately tried to cancel. It said, there is NO RISK and you can cancel at any time during the trial, but you really can't. I CANCELED WITHIN MINUTES of signing up but they still KEPT MY MONEY for a one-year subscription. What happened to the trial period? This is a lying cheating service that takes your security rather than providing it. SHAME ON YOU VISORY!

app doesn't work. app took $52.99 out of my account on October 6,2025. I request a refund. Today is October 8,2025. So far I have found not a way to contact the seller/ owner. Refund requested of $52.99 has not been acknowledged and Google refuses a refund. App is a rip-off. Be aware! Shame on Google. These terms are not evident until after the funds are taken.

I needed to secure a room i was renting this past week when the 'maintenance guy' was found letting himself in (for no reason). Being able to have the video feed run from one phone (as the camera) to the other (as monitor) was very comforting. It was also nice to know I'd get notifications should any movement be detected. Great app!!!!

however, subject tracking works in Zoom, even if you don’t have the desktop software open. at first it was good so I bought a year's subscription now randomly it unlinks & disconnects & I have to get logged back in and reconnect to the other phone only to find out that there's no video clips because they were deleted when it got unlinked and everything. not so much in the reliable dept My biggest issue is I'm trying to get a hold of support because every time I try to login it says that that account is being used and I can't seem to send an email asking for help.
