I paid for a years subscription and realized I got the wrong app and canceled subscription they never refunded my money. it took me three days to cancel the subscription. they are nothing but scam artists and go not honor cancel anytime. I also emailed them three times about it. the day that I subscribed to it three days later and then about a week later and still not seen my refund. scam scam artists

Promised free evaluation period. instead, immediately charged my card for "subscription purchase". Worse, the app setup process implies it works for my cameras...but it does not! I contact their Customer Support. No response! Not worth the hassle for me. Requested refund from Google. full refund a few days later.

why won't Google do something about this app it's a criminal interprise first they trick you, then they lie, then then they steal your money. DO NOT put this app on your device there are better options. its impossible to use the free version so they force you into the free trial which i would have never gotten at all if I could've avoided it. Whatever you do don't signed up for the trial it will charge you before the trial ends. They charged me $49 two days into the trial period. Avoid this app.

I've been looking for something like this for a long time to keep an eye on the house while I'm at work. Installation took a couple of minutes, the interface is intuitive. The video quality is excellent, even in the dark everything is visible. It is very convenient that you can receive notifications about movement. Now I am calm about my home! I recommend it to anyone who wants to keep abreast of what is happening, even when they are far away

So I was curious to see how this app stacked up against its competitors and while the camera resolution is much clearer even on a low setting, the pop up to upgrade comes up like every 5 seconds. No thank you. I get the need to have a subscription or even some adds every now and then. It was too much. Even if I did like it better than the others, I will never give in to a bug-a-boo. The app itself has a simple interface and it's easy to navigate but that pop up man... I got PTSD now from it 😂

SCAM! Charged my card for free trial. I canceled my subscription within hours of signing up for the free trial, but they charged me anyway. When I called the phone number, there is a recording that says they don't take phone calls. Went to the website, which indicated that in 2-3 months they will consider my refund. SCAM! This app doesn't work with the cameras I purchased.
