It started out decent, but after I accrued enough points for my first redemption, it seems like it gets harder and harder to "qualify" for a survey. I've taken multiple surveys where I've spent 5-10 minutes, answering dozens of detailed questions, only for it to say I didn't qualify and get 2 points. I've read their responses that it is 3rd parties who make that decision. If that's the case, they need to evaluate the companies they partner with.

I like this app, but i constantly get disqualified from surveys after completion, and it's really unfair for me to spend time completing entire surveys, then not getting compensated. Im pretty sure this app uses the data anyway, considering the fact that I'm allowed to complete these damn things, instead of being removed beforehand. It would be far better if we were paid a percentage of the total amount based on how far into the survey we get. It's extremely frustrating.

Customer support gets back to you so that's a bonus, as they actually help you. Sadly my only option of money transfer is to the bank, so I'll wait with giving this 5 stars if there are no problems that rise up. Surveys often, almost always won't qualify you, but at least it gives 2-3 points for it. This app is more for those with a lot of free time that want a little cash (if it works, results pending). Small points do add up, you just have to put in the time to do a bunch.

EDIT: Not resolved. Happening again! Edit: OK, the issue may be resolved. Will update. It started out ok, but lately it has gone downhill. Now, when I try to redeem my points, it takes me directly to a Facebook login for some reason. I inquired about this & they said they don't require FB login & said they sent me a Verification Code, which I never received. I contacted them again & have received no response. I'm getting tired of the runaround. If this issue isn't fixed soon, I'm dumping it.

I've made almost $10 in less than a week so not bad. But you should be able to report surveys that kick you out after you've already been doing them for 10-15 minutes. They get quite a few answers out of you, then you get kicked and don't get your rewards (or only 3 points). The app is also quite slow. Not the worst but noticeably slower than other apps. It hasn't been a problem but it is fairly annoying.

App worked fine for fifteen minutes, but then if there were no surveys to fill out, it would start trying to get me to sign up for five other sites. A little while after this, every survey I opened would suddenly kick me back out with an error message of me being disqualified for breaking a rule, of which three rules listed I don't even know what I had done. However, accessing it on my desktop works perfectly, so I'm not sure what trash tier software they had to use for the mobile app. Yikes!

It's a little glitchy sometimes, which can be annoying if that means it stops loading a survey you're almost all the way through... But that's pretty rare. Cashout isn't a problem at all, and I get plenty of surveys. Even if I don't qualify for a survey, they usually give me a few points for my trouble, and every little bit helps! In all, a great app!

At the time of writing this I've only had the app two days and I'm already extremely happy. The UI is excellent, the availability of surveys is broad, and customer service has been prompt and impressively professional. I've tried several other apps and survey providers and I cannot hit all the aforementioned marks in one review for ANY of them. Keep up the good work!

Overall, it has been a reliable way to make a bit of money here and there over the years. It's a lot of nickel and diming, not qualifying for much, but plugging away pretty consistently to make enough to cash out. When you cash out at( 5 dollars or more), you do actually receive it fairly quickly. Recently, though, the amount of surveys to even try to qualify are even slimmer pickings than usual. Of late, there are no listings at all. To sum up, not my worst experience, but not the best.

When you get good surveys it's worth it. You can use rewards a number of ways towards gift cards, to PayPal or to bank account. However, 1 feature I don't like. Some surveys take a long time (up to 30 minutes). And sometimes you do complete the whole 30 survey and then it disqualifies you and you don't get the full reward for doing the survey. I think that is unfair, and should be fixed. That if someone completes the full survey from beginning to end they should get the full reward.

All survey apps are pretty awful in general, and will frustrate you. There isn't much regulation to keep the companies honest. But this one is sorta o.k, I've grinded out 5 bucks for coffee a dozen times. My advice is count to ten on every question or you will be screened out for "speeding" (smart people suffer). Also make sure your connection is great. Don't even open this app with 2 bars of 4g. Wifi is ideal.

can sometimes do surveys. I don't recommend attempting the bonuses at all. The "widget" used for them to track your completed surveys stops tracking mid evening so you won't complete what they deem necessary to get the bonus. Also, they don't tell you when the bonuses end. Contracting them gets you a bot email that doesn't ever answer. .

You don't qualify for 99% of surveys, and the app doesn't say why you're not qualified. Sometimes surveys "fill up" only after you've filled them out. The proper amount of points are not given out - the main issue. Not worth it, even to make some money on the side. Not technically a scam, cause I mean it works? but not worth any time. I really gave it a chance. "Earning several dollars a day" seems impossible unless on the app for HOURS. Sad, cause I love questions about my grocery preferences!

This app is pretty great. Aim for 50 points or more on a survey and you should only have to do a few before you can cash out. Everytime I run into a technical issue with one of their survey partners, they always respond promptly and are usually able to credit my account. It can be frustrating getting screened out but this is still the most legit way to make money within a few hours even if it takes some time. I've cashed out over $55 in just two months.

If you can deal with the constant "you don't qualify" after you finish really long surveys then this is for you. In the beginning this was a great app and then after I went through an update it just kind of stopped working in a beneficial way. I got the daily surveys that you were guaranteed for in email but that is only like 5-10 points a day. I mean if you are looking to build up points daily that way then by all means. But I will be over at HeyCash where they pay even if I don't qualify.

when the surveys work they're great. too many times I spend 20 minutes on the survey for a measly 20 points and when I get to the end and it says 100%, I click submit and I get booted out. no points. customer service is not helpful - this last time I had five different people supposedly who were going to give me my points and help me but not a single one did. It's really annoying to spend so much time on something to get booted. no point in taking a screenshot of every single screen.

While I was about to accept and deal with the high disqualification rates, I had no idea about the redeeming part. It's just like "Scrambly" where they need your personal documents, real face photo and recording, as well as you logging in your personal account. All of this looks very suspicious and I fear that they will use our info that we gave them. Just to verify? Really? Pretty sure there's a suspicious thing going on here.

I don't think I've been able to complete a survey in a year or so. They're all either infinite loop scams where there is no end, and it just keeps launching you to another survey, or they are a scam to get your info, just to kick you out 15 minutes in, or they glitch out at the end. was worth it for a while, now they're just there to take the data and run.

It's okay, except for two things. First, a glitch happened on my phone, where multiple icons for this app kept showing. Second, you have to do a LOT of surveys to get any real pay-out with this. I did several and never cleared $5. US. The up sides are it is a good was to kill some time when bord and WHEN IT'S NOT GLITCHING, it's easy to use.

Update: don't dare complain because you'll never get another survey again. They claim they can't block you but, everything was great until I said I hated the app only contests, then any success was hard to find. Don't ever complain. I've used another that I liked, till they allowed payment., then I discovered this one. it has a lower threshold to withdraw, higher value surveys, and payment, via PayPal was very quick, 1 minute tops. a great app
