It started out decent, but after I accrued enough points for my first redemption, it seems like it gets harder and harder to "qualify" for a survey. I've taken multiple surveys where I've spent 5-10 minutes, answering dozens of detailed questions, only for it to say I didn't qualify and get 2 points. I've read their responses that it is 3rd parties who make that decision. If that's the case, they need to evaluate the companies they partner with.

I like this app, but i constantly get disqualified from surveys after completion, and it's really unfair for me to spend time completing entire surveys, then not getting compensated. Im pretty sure this app uses the data anyway, considering the fact that I'm allowed to complete these damn things, instead of being removed beforehand. It would be far better if we were paid a percentage of the total amount based on how far into the survey we get. It's extremely frustrating.

Customer support gets back to you so that's a bonus, as they actually help you. Sadly my only option of money transfer is to the bank, so I'll wait with giving this 5 stars if there are no problems that rise up. Surveys often, almost always won't qualify you, but at least it gives 2-3 points for it. This app is more for those with a lot of free time that want a little cash (if it works, results pending). Small points do add up, you just have to put in the time to do a bunch.

EDIT: Not resolved. Happening again! Edit: OK, the issue may be resolved. Will update. It started out ok, but lately it has gone downhill. Now, when I try to redeem my points, it takes me directly to a Facebook login for some reason. I inquired about this & they said they don't require FB login & said they sent me a Verification Code, which I never received. I contacted them again & have received no response. I'm getting tired of the runaround. If this issue isn't fixed soon, I'm dumping it.

I've made almost $10 in less than a week so not bad. But you should be able to report surveys that kick you out after you've already been doing them for 10-15 minutes. They get quite a few answers out of you, then you get kicked and don't get your rewards (or only 3 points). The app is also quite slow. Not the worst but noticeably slower than other apps. It hasn't been a problem but it is fairly annoying.

App worked fine for fifteen minutes, but then if there were no surveys to fill out, it would start trying to get me to sign up for five other sites. A little while after this, every survey I opened would suddenly kick me back out with an error message of me being disqualified for breaking a rule, of which three rules listed I don't even know what I had done. However, accessing it on my desktop works perfectly, so I'm not sure what trash tier software they had to use for the mobile app. Yikes!

It's a little glitchy sometimes, which can be annoying if that means it stops loading a survey you're almost all the way through... But that's pretty rare. Cashout isn't a problem at all, and I get plenty of surveys. Even if I don't qualify for a survey, they usually give me a few points for my trouble, and every little bit helps! In all, a great app!

At the time of writing this I've only had the app two days and I'm already extremely happy. The UI is excellent, the availability of surveys is broad, and customer service has been prompt and impressively professional. I've tried several other apps and survey providers and I cannot hit all the aforementioned marks in one review for ANY of them. Keep up the good work!

Overall, it has been a reliable way to make a bit of money here and there over the years. It's a lot of nickel and diming, not qualifying for much, but plugging away pretty consistently to make enough to cash out. When you cash out at( 5 dollars or more), you do actually receive it fairly quickly. Recently, though, the amount of surveys to even try to qualify are even slimmer pickings than usual. Of late, there are no listings at all. To sum up, not my worst experience, but not the best.

When you get good surveys it's worth it. You can use rewards a number of ways towards gift cards, to PayPal or to bank account. However, 1 feature I don't like. Some surveys take a long time (up to 30 minutes). And sometimes you do complete the whole 30 survey and then it disqualifies you and you don't get the full reward for doing the survey. I think that is unfair, and should be fixed. That if someone completes the full survey from beginning to end they should get the full reward.
